Great stay in the center of Olbia
Pros:

Boutique hotel located in the centre of town, close proximity to all the shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk to various bus stops (airport or the Pittulongu beach for example). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are bright, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Doors have loud opening mechanisms which can be a nuisance for people arriving in the middle of the night and loud noise coming from the breakfast area on the 4th floor (from 7-8am) as room was directly below on the 3rd floor. Not the end of the world but insulation could be better for sensitive sleepers.

Great Location and clean rooms
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and everything was clean. The towels used to be changed daily. And the biggest plus was the location of the hotel.

Cons:

I would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast. We really enjoyed the cornetto and the coffee, but we wished the sandwich fillings had been changed daily, as they seemed to be the same as on previous days. Other than that, everything was great!

Very ordinary hotel in need of maintenance. The door to our room and the toilet were both broken

Excellent!
Pros:

This is a real boutique hotel! The staff and manager are warm and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. The location is good, in the center of Olbia. It is 12 drives from Olbia airport, 1h drive to Palau.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind modern im sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Vor allem die Bilder finde ich sehr originell. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder witzig eingerichtet und die Lampen außergewöhnlich. Beeindruckend ist die Dachterrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wird.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Hauptstraße Olbias. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Haus wurde erneuert und sieht sowohl von außen als auch von innen einladend aus. Die Balkone passen sehr gut zum Gebäude. Der Stil ist sardisch geprägt und das Bad elegant. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Die modernen Bilder stammen von sardischen Künstlern und fügen sich gut ins Gesamtbild ein. Besonders gelungen finde ich die Bar mit Terasse im obersten Stockwerk und einer schönen Aussicht.
