Bellissima sorpresa

Complessivamente un buon soggiorno ma non lo ripeterei nella stessa struttura

Avevamo prenotato guardando la struttura Belturismo in Via Panzini 195 e poco prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in presso l'altra struttura di proprietà dei stessi gestori in Via Italia, 15 ma non avevamo capito che eravamo stati spostati in una altra struttura la quale non ha soddisfatto i nostri criteri di selezione della struttura. La camera era piccola e il bagno con la doccia aperta, è stato difficile da gestire con una bambina di un anno! senza un balcone ... non ci è piaciuta questa scelta non detta!

Dépandance Belturismo

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Dépandance del hotel Belturismo, ex-hotel Nizza. La struttura è molto pulita anche se datata e le stanze sono da ristrutturare. Il personale del hotel molto gentile e abbastanza disponibile.
Colazione con ottimi prodotti con una sufficiente varietà tra dolce è salato. I buffet del pranzo e la cena, vengono allestiti nella sala del hotel Belturismo, sono eccezionali con sempre buoni piatti di verdura preparata con amore. A seguire, pasti del menù preparati con cura e attenzione, fedeli alle ricette della tradizione. Complimenti agli Chefs che trasformano ottime materie in pietanze deliziose senza eccessi di olio, sale, spezie...
L'hotel è convenzionato con diversi stabilimenti molto organizzati a 50 metri dalla struttura.

Cons:

In generale manca un po' di esperienza e l'occhio attento in questa nuova struttura adiacente all'hotel principale. I piatti caldi, nella zona colazione della Dépandance non erano deposti in scalda pietanze. Peccato, perché sia le uova strapazzate che l'ottimo beacon freddi non si potevano apprezzare. Dopo due giorni ho chiesto se c'era un microonde 👀...
Nella stanza c'erano alcuni lavori di manutenzione ordinaria da fare che potrebbero creare disagio al cliente. Infine, c'è da mettere un box doccia in alcune stanze perché il bagno-doccia con solo la tenda allaga il bagno.
Le porte vecchie non sono insonorizzate.
