Struttura splendida in tutto.
Location fantastica, personale al ricevimento molto bravo e professionale.
Tutto super funzionale, di classe e pulito.
Camera fantastica su due livelli con strepitosa vista mare, super accessoriata e super confortevole.
Ottima la colazione ricca e variegata.
Ottimo il Wi-Fi.

Pros:

First and foremost - staff was exceptional and very helpful. Location was excellent. Rooms was very comfortable. View towards the old town was special.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Taranto. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was superb close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city on foot. As a lovely bonus, we also received a voucher for breakfast, which was a great touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Taranto and would happily stay here again!

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Europa di Taranto in occasione del giuramento presso la caserma e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore.

Sin dalla prenotazione abbiamo trovato uno staff estremamente disponibile e professionale. Sono sempre stati gentili e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda anche tramite WhatsApp, facendoci sentire seguiti e rassicurati ancora prima del nostro arrivo.

Fin dal check-in siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità. Ci hanno offerto una bevanda di benvenuto, un gesto molto gradito che ci ha fatto sentire subito i benvenuti.

La struttura è elegante, curata e situata in un'ottima posizione. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Inoltre, dalla nostra stanza si godeva di un panorama davvero bellissimo.

Desideriamo fare un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre sorridente, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Anche dopo il check-out ci hanno gentilmente custodito i bagagli, permettendoci di partecipare al giuramento senza l'ingombro delle valigie. È stata una cortesia che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e che dimostra la grande attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

Anche la colazione è stata eccellente: ricca, varia e con prodotti di qualità, perfetta per iniziare una giornata così importante ed emozionante.

Ringraziamo di cuore tutto lo staff per aver contribuito a rendere ancora più speciale un momento che porteremo sempre nel cuore.
