Pros:

Sehr ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Despar, Bäckerei, gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
Toller Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, genau in der Mitte zwischen Meran und Bozen.
Vermieter und Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Unkomplizierte Anmeldung zum Frühstück am Vortag In der kleinen Küchenzeile kann Frühstück oder kleine Mahlzeit auch selbst zubereitet werden.
Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte eine (verschlossene) Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer (an sich optimal für Familien), die Nachbarn leider nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll was Lautstärke betrifft - aber da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür!

Wonderful stay
The hotel was comfortable, pleasant, and very welcoming. The staff was kind and friendly, and the breakfast was nice and modest. Overall, a great experience!

Cons:

No air conditioning, it was a litlle bit hot for us

Gern wieder
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit tollem Blick in die Obstgärten. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Genügend Parkplätze.

Cons:

Der Pool sieht wunderschön aus, war uns aber leider viel zu kalt.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nur teilweise renoviert.

Pros:

Il proprietario e la sua collaboratrice sono stati accoglienti è disponibilissimi. Ci si è rotta pa macchina e il proprietario ci ha addirittura accompagnato alla stazione dei treni.

Perfect spot for a stop over.

In the middle of the apple trees.
Simple, basic rooms. But everything you need for a stop over. Big plus is the pool.

Posizione e la piscina è il giardino favolosi ,parcheggio interno alcuni al coperto sotto una tettoia anche se non copre tutta l auto camere spaziose vicino a pizzeria raggiungibile a piedi

Pros:

Každý pokoj (konkrétně 14 a 15 měl svou koupelnu i balkon. Na Pokoji 15 poté byla kuchyňka s lednicí. Čistý bazén v příjemné zahradě se stínem a lehátky. Možnost ubytování se psem.

Cons:

Na bookingu byla inzerovaná klimatizace, ta zde vůbec nebyla. Na můj dotaz ohledně klimatizace ubytování ani neodpovědělo. Personál mluvil italsky nebo Německy, anglicky vůbec. Byli jsme zde v srpnu, bylo velké vedro, celou noc otevřená okna, a již kolem páté ráno začaly jezdit traktory. Oblast je sadová, pěstují se zde jablka. Špunty zachránily hluk, ale světlo už nezvládly.
Fotografie kuchyňky z bookingu také neodpovídala, navíc kuchyňka byla opravdu velmi malá a pokud někdo umýval nádobí, nikdo již kolem něj do dalšího pokoje neprošel. Vybavení kuchyňky bylo velmi chudé. Příbory přesně na počet postelí, malé lžičky chyběly úplně. Naštěstí jsme byli furt venku nebo na balkoně, ale v chladném počasí si to nedovedu představit.

Cons:

Die auf der Website gezeigten Bilder haben leider nicht ganz der Wohnung entsprochen, die wir vor Ort bekommen haben. Vor allem Raumaufteilung und Größe wirkten auf den Fotos anders, sodass wir mit etwas anderen Erwartungen angereist sind.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Bilder der jeweiligen Wohnung aktualisiert bzw. genauer zugeordnet würden. So könnten sich zukünftige Gäste vor der Buchung ein besseres Bild von der Unterkunft machen.

Ein schönes Zimmer mit Miniküche und Balkon mit Blick auf Berge, Garten und Pool.
Pros:

Man kann von hier aus viele Ziel mit dem Auto leicht erreichen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und gehen daher viel wandern, z.B. Gaulschlucht Lana, Rastenbachklamm, Etsch Lana Wanderung etc.
Es gibt fußläufig 5min eine Pizzeria, wo man auch noch um 23:30h eine Pizza bekommt, 18min zu Fuß durch die Apfelplantagen gibt es die Bäckerei Mein Beck Lana, wo man guten Kaffee und andere Leckereien bekommt und 8min zu Fuß gibt es einen Spar Super Markt.

Cons:

Wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe, wurde diese Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage beworben. Im Zimmer befand sich ein Ventilator. Wenn es draußen 38 Grad sind, ist eine Klimaanlage definitiv die bessere Wahl. Mit dem Ventilator konnte man die Hitze aber auch überstehen.
