Superb stay with amazing views!
Pros:

Room was ample but super cozy with great linens and comfy bed. View from balcony superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Most incredible hotel for our stay in the Dolomites I could ever have imagined.
Pros:

This property had every amenity available that you could think of. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the property was absolutely pristine. Be sure to add on dinner while you stay here, as it was some of the best food I have ever had. I am so glad we did not stay anywhere else. My only regret is that I can’t bring Niblea everywhere I go!

Cons:

The property is outside of the main town of Ortisei and is about a five minute drive from the center, but they offer a shuttle service as well. There is really nothing not to like about this property.

Not what I expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, facilities looked good but didn't make use of them.

Cons:

My room was small, could not fit 2 suitcases anywhere, my husband had to put his in the cupboard. I booked a standard room which didn't quite match the advertised photos. Thought it was expensive for what you got.

Pros:

Beyond our expectations! This property was a dream. The views were stunning. Just the place to relax. The staffs (front office, dinning hall, basically everyone) were so kind and helpful, made our stay wonderful. Even the guests were all kind and greeted each other. It was a sweet thing to experience as I could sense everyone being so relaxed at this place. And that’s ideally what we are looking for at the end of the day.

Moreover, the food was fantastic! We had opted for breakfast and dinner. They were both rich. Breakfast had plenty of healthy options. Dinners always were more healthier - in a good way. It would be a set menu, and I don’t consume meat or sea food, but they would always have alternatives available so that worked out just fine.

The amenities at the property provide you with everything you need to settle down after a long day exploring the town and mountains near by. The swimming pool was definitely my favourite.

We got the Junior Suite. It was incredibly spacious. We knew we wouldn’t have a view. So I was a bit sceptical about that. But when we got our room, we were in love! We had a massive private garden, and also a partial Mountain View, which was so beautiful.

Last but not the least - their free shuttle service. We didn’t know about this and it was a complete surprise on our arrival, but made our trip so much more convenient. We didn’t need to worry about parking in the town or close to the cable cars.

Cons:

When I couldn't finish my first course at my first dinner, the waiter serving our table showed obvious displeasure and impatience. This behavior made me feel extremely awkward and unwelcome.

Solo una piccolo problema, la camera troppo piccola , senza balcone solo finestre .

Situacion y vistas y el Servicio shutle pero lo a ban muy Pronto por la tarde

La restauracion…comida y cena con un solo menú….para un hotel de està categoria deberian dar por lo menos 3 platos a elegir en primeros y segundos…
Lo peor es que llegas cargado de equipaje y nadie te ayuda….tienes que subirlo y bajarlo tú….francamente esto no está a altura de la categoría del hotel
