A Scenic Mountain Gem with Top-Tier Gastro
Pros:

The hotel is situated right next to the main road leading toward the Great St. Bernard Pass, making it an ideal stop for travelers and road trip enthusiasts.

The interior is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. A huge plus is the available garage parking (for an extra charge), which provides great peace of mind

The food here is absolutely superb and of premium quality. They even have a brilliant sommelier on site, which elevates the whole dining experience to another level.

The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Exceptional service!

Cons:

While the common areas are lovely, the rooms themselves are a bit dated and could use a touch of modern refreshing.

If your room faces the main road, it can get somewhat noisy at night due to the traffic. If you are a light sleeper, it might be worth asking for a room facing away from the road.

Das Zimmer roch wie ein Kaminofen von der großen Holzheizung im Hof. Keine richtige Duschgelegenheit. Klotür klemmte. Frühstück zu teuer.

Un excellent accueil par tout le personnel, amabilité et disponibilité.
Grande propreté des lieux.
Petit déjeuner appétissant et copieux.
Cadre de l'hôtel très bien aménagé et décoré avec soin et originalité (il y a même une petite brebis-bois qui veille sur le sommeil !)
