A comfortable and quiet hotel in a wonderful location
Pros:

A beautiful little hotel in a beautiful location. We had a view of the lake from our bed and our balcony that was like something from a movie. And the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful - they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was also spectacular and had lots of gluten free options which we appreciated.

Pros:

Hübsches Hotel in einem alten, renovierten Gebäude auf der Isola Bella.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auf unsere Zimmer gebracht.
Den Abend haben wir im Restaurant des Hotels verbracht und von der Terrasse aus einen schönen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore genossen.

Cons:

Leider war der Service im Restaurant nicht sehr professionell. Die Kellner sprachen zum Teil kaum italienisch, und hatten wenig Ahnung von den Produkten auf der Speisekarte und in der Weinliste.
Wir möchten bemerken, dass wir nicht wegen dem Hotel auf die Insel gekommen sind, sondern um diese zauberhafte Borromäische Insel zu besuchen.

Świetny widok, dobre śniadania! Jedna nocka polecam!

Czysto, dużo miejsca, świetna lokalizacja oraz dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Dziwny zapach w pokoju, pozostawienie otwartych okien usuwa problem. Zaplanowałem oświadczyny w dniu pobytu to też zamówiłem szampan do pokoju, okazał się bardzo drogi, tj. 120 euro; jest to przesada za dość przeciętny trunek.

Blissful stay on Lake Maggiore
Pros:

The location was perfect for arriving by ferry and carrying luggage up to the hotel almost a zero walk. The room had a spectacular view. It was large, well appointed, light and airy, comfortable, and beautiful. We particularly loved the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner there both days of our stayand all four meals were perfect. We found the table with the most amazing view and sat there each time. The servers were friendly and personable and very attentive. The island itself is charming and once the ferry stops running at night, you have the place virtually to yourself. It is heavenly.
