Lovely staff and great location - clean and tidy
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance to train, beach and restaurants, can also easily get to other little towns. The staff were lovely and the room was great for what we needed, had aircon which was great in the heat!!

Soggiorno fantastico! Camera pulita, comoda e silenziosa. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.
Il punto forte? *La colazione super*: ricca, varia e di qualità. Dal salato al dolce, dalle uova fatte al momento alla pasticceria fresca, frutta e spremute. Si capisce che ci tengono.
Location ottima e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit als Zwischenhalt.
Pros:

Perfekt als Stop auf der Durchfahrt in die Toskana. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel bekommen. In Strandnähe (300m). Sogar mit Lift & Klima im Zimmer. Herzhafte Leute, sorgen sich um ihre Gäste. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Typisches italienisches Flair.

Cons:

Es ist lärmig in der Nacht. Wer sensibel ist, sollte es sich gut überlegen. Nicht wegem Verkehr, sondern Heizungsgeräuschen (permanentes gurgeln). Unten an der Strasse wurde um 5 Uhr Glas entsorgt.
