Expensive for what it was, a long walk up the hill from the seafront and stuck in a time warp.
Pros:

Lovely staff and nice comfortable bed and pillows. Could just about see the sea view from our ‘sea view’ room! Decent WiFi.

Cons:

Well the opening shot advertising the hotel is nowhere near it and nothing like it! - trade descriptions spring to mind!!!
Also don’t like a 10.30am checkout time and don’t like being charged €20 to park the car in their own car park.
Breakfast also not up to much, lots of cake!
The free buses stop running late on the 13th Sept for winter - which we missed by a day but the hotel obviously didn’t know.

Pros:

La ricchissima e buonissima colazione, la disponibilità del persiane, la posizione a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro, il parcheggio.

Cons:

Le camere non hanno tapparelle. Per fare buio c'è una tenda, ma non oscura completamente la stanza. L'ideale sarebbe installare scuroni, ma se ciò non fosse possibile trovare sistemi per fare buio dall'interno.

Una inaspettata sorpresa
Pros:

Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. La stanza era pulita con tutto ciò che occorre. Gli spazi comuni simpatici, luminosi e funzionali.Dispone inoltre di un parcheggio privato gratis. La colazione offre una certa varietà di dolce e salato. Molto apprezzabile la posizione : si raggiunge facilmente il centro ma è lontana dalla confusione. Occorre fare un po' di strada per raggiungere la spiaggia ma il percorso è gradevole perché passa dal centro storico.

Camera ampia con tutto il necessario. Bagno non particolarmente grande ma con tutto quello che serve. La colazione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, abbondante buffet con molta varietà di cibi dolci e salati. Altro punto di forza dell'hotel il parcheggio (a pagamento); in zona è difficilissimo parcheggiare.

Cons:

Aggiungerei una tenda leggera alla tenda oscurante, questo per ottenere una maggiore privacy; il palazzo di fronte è veramente vicino.
