Great location. Place to park. Lots of food. Booked the place because of the great reviews on the service.
We were a bit overwhelmed by the dinner. It seemed that they wanted you out as fast as possible. After you take your first bite of the primi, the secundi was already in front of you. Didn’t feel like you could take the time to actually eat. Besides that, felt like we were overstaying our welcome by taking a coffee afterwards.
In terms of service, we liked the hard working woman working most nights. All the others didn’t seem to have their shit together.
Besides that, we kindly asked the evening before we left if we could check out earlier, at 7AM, so we could make sure we didn’t catch traffic at the Brennerpas. To me, that seems like a request that is not unique in this area. They said no, you can check out at 7.45AM. So at 7.45 AM we came to drop off the key and we got a rude; not until 8AM. After stating that we were told to checkout at this time, we handed in our keys, only the keys and the parking pass, but were met with the a scowl. Gave us a bit of a sour after taste.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful.
We chose the half-board option and were very pleased with it. Dinner was delicious and served in generous portions. We especially loved that there was a different menu every day, which made each evening something to look forward to.
A lovely place with great hospitality and excellent food. We would happily stay here again!
La habitación era cómoda y la ubicación excepcional. Te dejan descargar el coche en la puerta del alojamiento y después lo aparcas en un parking amplio y muy cómodo.
La comida está muy rica, tanto la cena como el desayuno.
No hay ascensor para subir las maletas a la habitación.
El horario de desayuno empieza a las 8 de la mañana, que es un poco tarde para cuando tienes planeado hacer rutas de senderismo.
El baño es muy pequeño.
El personal está muy ocupado en el restaurante y a veces es complicado contactar con ellos.
La ubicación es genial y tiene el estacionamiento enfrente
La velocidad con la que los camareros pretenden que desayunes y cenes. Andan corriendo y no acabas de comer el último bocado y ya están sacándote el plato y los cubiertos. No entendí cuál era el apuro.

The food was very good. We got half board and really enjoyed it. And we had a balcony which we loved. It's right in the heart of town. All the staff were nice and helpful. And we got a guest pass which helped us with the local buses and discounts on the lifts.
Breakfast and dinner are included in the nonrefundable room rate. Because the reviews were so good, I booked the room about 10-12 months in advance and took the risk that I might lose the entire amount if I had to cancel. It was worth the risk because breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats and cheeses, breads, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, and teas. Dinners were a salad, choice of pasta appetizer, entree, and dessert. The staff is moving constantly trying to give you an exceptional experience with delicious, hot, and filling meals and impeccable service! Very good value!
We would definitely stay here again, but next time, we will order their pizza on top of the provided meals because the other guests sure made Toni’s pizza look good!

Lo staff è sempre disponibile e accogliente.
Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, ed è stato tutto ottimo.
Gewoon goed en geen poespas. En dat te midden van vele zeer luxueuze verblijven in de omgeving. Wij waardeerden dat zeer. Prima Italiaanse keuken zonder kapsones. Het 3 gangen menu bij het halfpension was altijd meer dan oke. De kamer ( de onze met balkon) was basic maar zeer netjes en met goede geluidsgeïsoleerde ramen. Sanitair ook basic maar een heerlijk krachtige douche. Vriendelijk en zeer hardwerkend personeel. Heerlijke espresso.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I am gluten intolerant and they went above and beyond to assist with the menu and providing gluten free food. We had half board and every night we had different options that were tasty, delicious and amble. The location of the hotel is fantastic and right in the middle of town. The bus stop is right outside and takes you anywhere you need to go and there is free car parking.
Room are basic but clean and comfortable.
