De kamer was erg schoon en we hadden een balkon.

La comida estaba riquisima y el trato del personal estupendo.

La amabilidad del personal. Desayuno variado y cenas muy buenas.

The food was very good. We got half board and really enjoyed it. And we had a balcony which we loved. It's right in the heart of town. All the staff were nice and helpful. And we got a guest pass which helped us with the local buses and discounts on the lifts.

Breakfast and dinner are included in the nonrefundable room rate. Because the reviews were so good, I booked the room about 10-12 months in advance and took the risk that I might lose the entire amount if I had to cancel. It was worth the risk because breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats and cheeses, breads, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, and teas. Dinners were a salad, choice of pasta appetizer, entree, and dessert. The staff is moving constantly trying to give you an exceptional experience with delicious, hot, and filling meals and impeccable service! Very good value!
We would definitely stay here again, but next time, we will order their pizza on top of the provided meals because the other guests sure made Toni’s pizza look good!

La struttura è posizionata nel centro di Castelrotto.
Dotata di parcheggio coperto.
Esattamente di fronte c'è la fermata dell'autobus.
La camera è pulita, accogliente, luminosa.
Lo staff è sempre disponibile e accogliente.
Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione, ed è stato tutto ottimo.

Gewoon goed en geen poespas. En dat te midden van vele zeer luxueuze verblijven in de omgeving. Wij waardeerden dat zeer. Prima Italiaanse keuken zonder kapsones. Het 3 gangen menu bij het halfpension was altijd meer dan oke. De kamer ( de onze met balkon) was basic maar zeer netjes en met goede geluidsgeïsoleerde ramen. Sanitair ook basic maar een heerlijk krachtige douche. Vriendelijk en zeer hardwerkend personeel. Heerlijke espresso.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I am gluten intolerant and they went above and beyond to assist with the menu and providing gluten free food. We had half board and every night we had different options that were tasty, delicious and amble. The location of the hotel is fantastic and right in the middle of town. The bus stop is right outside and takes you anywhere you need to go and there is free car parking.
