Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war super, sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten für das Frühstück und das Frühstück allgemein war gut. Das Bett war bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Es war ein Badezimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer oder eben auch Personen mit Behinderungen. Es war eine offene Dusche mit Vorhang und das ganze Bad (Boden) war komplett nass weil die Neigung zum Gummiabfluss viel zu flach war. Die Toilette war viel zu hoch, denn es war eine Behinderten Toilette.
Ein Hinweis, dass es italienische Steckdosen sind, wäre bei der Zimmerbeschreibung sehr sinnvoll damit man direkt genug Adapter mitnehmen könnte. Leider gibt es auch nicht genügend Parkplätze für die Gäste, so dass man auf sehr teure Parkplätze ausweichen muss. Gratis Parkplätze sind sehr, sehr weit entfernt oder eben nicht frei, so dass man wieder auf das teure Parkhaus ausweichen muss zum Beispiel.

Pros:

Staff were brilliant. Location excellent. Breakfast adequate and not rushed. Rooms reallly clean and cleaned daily.

La colazione ottima, la posizione ottima. Avrei preferito avere il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo.

Ho avuto problemi nella doccia in quanto il miscelatore dell'acqua non funzionava.

Bellissimo hotel in centro a Salò
Pros:

Camera, posizione e colazione veramente ottime. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare la nuova spa che stanno costruendo.

Cons:

Peccato solo per la terrazza che si trova adiacente alla strada principale.

Pros:

Hotel accogliente ed in posizione ottima per visitare Salò. Molto comodo il parcheggio "convenzionato" nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona e varia la colazione. Credo possano essere migliorati la pulizia delle scale ed il sistema di chiusura tende nelle camere
