Locatie was prima. Midden in het centrum.
Badkamer was heel klein en sterk verouderd. Stopcontact zat los, handdoekhaak zat los, kraan drupte.
Location was fantastic, right in the middle of the Quadrilatero. Don't have to walk more than 5-10 minutes to get anywhere that you would want to see. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and gave some excellent recommendations for food.
Things were a bit run down, not looking for a 5-star stay here, but there were some general maintenance items that could have made the stay perfect. Shower door was broken/off the track (and wouldn't go back on), bathroom door was a pocket door that was very difficult to close, and some of the light fixtures were not fully attached to the wall. Everything just needs a little TLC and some general upkeep.

Das TV-Gerät war über dem Schrank positioniert, sodass man nicht wirklich einen umfassenden Blick darauf hatte.
Helaas konden we niet ontbijten omdat net alles op was op het moment dat we aan tafel wilden gaan. Alles zou wel vers aangevuld worden maar daar zouden we voor onze plannen iets te lang op moeten wachten. Daarom hebben we besloten buiten de deur te ontbijten wat ook helemaal prima was. De ontbijtruimte zag er wel erg gezellig uit!
The staff were all very nice. The location was great with the exception of the noise early morning from the side street vendors setting up at 5am.
There were 32, yes I counted them,stairs before you got to the reception area. Then another 2 to get to the lift. If you have mobility issues, it was a killer. Yes, they state they a left but it should be clarified you do not get to the left for the rooms until you climb all of the stairs.
We could not turn the TV on as a code, not provided, was needed. Just an annoyance.
Pass on the breakfast as it seemed to be only cakes and breads.
