Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast. Would be more than happy to book again

Cons:

Not a problem for myself but there is one flight of steps to access the property, this might be an issue for some.
There was a large wardrobe in the room but it was locked and inaccessible.

So many steep stairs. No view. Super tiny room. Sound carries. Water hammer one night that woke us up and went on at 3 am for a long time. No ambience in teeny breakfast room. Some quiet music might be nice. No place to just relax away from the room or out in the busy city beyond the doors. Just your bed to sit on. A comfortable sitting room for guests would be nice.

Pros:

Very central in the quadrilatero. Great vibe all around thr area and majestic architecture.
Staff were helpful andcwe were able to leave our luggage before our onward journey.
Good air con especially as the temperatures overnight have been in the high 20s.
Good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Lack of glasses for water in the room- really minor issue. Room was more than adequate for our needs.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very useful safe built into the wall.

The room needed a little TLC - cracked mirror etc. Little space in bathroom for toiletries etc.

Great location but needs urgent improvements overall so not worth the price 350.00 per night
Pros:

The location is perfectly situated in the middle of all the fabulous delis, food shops and restaurants. This can make it a bit loud in the street at night though.
The lovely friendly staff, especially helpful at the front desk.

Cons:

Old historic building means a lot of steps. Small rooms and bathrooms with very old fixtures and fittings, even broken.
The breakfast was OK however but nothing wow. Would be better with a large coffee machine where you can get your own cappuccino or coffee or hot water for tea. By the time our waitress was up and down all those stairs, I received my cold cappuccions on 2 days.
