A beautiful 3 days in Bardolino and we were happy we chose the perfect hotel
Pros:

Possibly the happiest hotel in the world. The staff were outstanding and you could tell they felt part of one big hotel team. The bed was amazing, the rooms gorgeous and the facilities all lovely

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.
Das Hotel war wunderschön, das gesamte Team war genial. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut gelaunt und immer für einen Spaß bereit.
Man fühlte sich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage ist auch perfekt.

Überaus nettes und höfliches Personal.
Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt.
Super bequeme Boxspringbetten, war auf meinem Wunsch, ein großes Bett zu bekommen und würde auch erfüllt. Tolle Zimmerausstattung.

Cons:

Bei der Dusche läuft Wasser unten am Boden raus, schlecht verarbeitet und nicht dicht, sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden.
Auf Balkon brennt die ganze Nacht ein großes helles Licht, sehr unangenehm, scheint auch zum Teil ins Zimmer.

Kurzurlaub, perfekt, kommen gerne wieder.

Nice facilities, good location, quite basic rooms
Pros:

Gorgeous grounds, lovely staff, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast selection.

Cons:

The room was quite odd and dated. No blackout curtains, the toiletries felt very cheap and basic, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. We felt it was very expensive and a more luxury experience could have been given for the price. It didn’t compare to other hotels we have stayed in for a similar price.
