Tolles Gasthaus im Wortsinn
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Gasthaus, in dem man sich willkommen fühlt. Unser Zimmer bestand aus 2 Räumen mit viel Platz (Familienzimmer) und einem schönen Bad. Sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank gab es. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick.
Im Restaurant gab es eine kleine Speisekarte mit Pizza und den regionalen Schmankerln. Hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und der Service war aufmerksam, flink und superfreundlich.

Pros:

Very welcoming, food was excellent (both the dinner and the complementary breakfast) - they also accounted for me being vegetarian. The location was perfect for us as we did the sentiero del castagno.

The churchbells are well audible, but for us it was not distracting

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder
Pros:

Unfassbar freundlicher Empfang, man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Obwohl am (Oster-)Sonntag das Haus ausgebucht und zusätzlich viele Mittagsgäste da waren, wurden wir fürstlich und stressfrei „umsorgt“.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und hat wirklich keinen Wunsch offen gelassen, alles frisch zubereitet, sehr leckerer Kaffee, Obst, Eier, Semmeln, Joghurt, Müsli, Käse-Wurstplatte…

Durch die Rittencard waren wir über alle Tage nur öffentlich unterwegs - die Bushaltestelle ist 300m entfernt (20 Min mit dem Bus bis Bozen).

Cons:

Ein paar mehr südtiroler Gerichte auf der Abendkarte wären das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen :-); es gab sehr viele Pizzen zur Auswahl, so dass wir gut gegessen haben. Die tiroler Küche haben wir dann in Bozen genossen:-)

Eccezionale!!!
Pros:

Colazione molto varia e abbondante. Inoltre era presentata in maniera creativa e si vedeva la passione e la fantasia della cuoca. L'hotel si trova poco fuori da Bolzano, in un piccolo paese molto tranquillo e vicino alle Piramidi di terra. Lo staff è di una gentilezza incredibile.
