Stanza non rimodernata, sulla provinciale quindi rumorosa a qualsiasi ora
Tutto perfetto
Hotel confortevole con ottimi servizi per gli ospiti come parcheggio, giardino, SPA, ristorante, bar aperto fino a tardi e giochi per grandi e piccini. La camera era spaziosa e la vista dal balcone sulle montagne era fantastica! La posizione è molto comoda, ci torneremo molto volentieri.
La posizione rispetto alle passeggiate e agli altri centri dell"altopiano.

Bella e originale l'architettura delle stanze
Pur essendo presente nella stanza un minibar lo abbiamo trovato vuoto e abbiamo dovuto chiedere che ci mettessero almeno dell'acqua.
Purtroppo nulla
Abbiamo prenotato due stanze, una doppia e una singola ad un prezzo molto alto (1000€ per tre notti). La singola assegnata non era rispondente alle caratteristiche, mancava il balcone ed era decisamente di livello inferiore a quella prenotata. Solo dopo le nostre lamentele è stata cambiata con una migliore e con il balcone.
La stanza doppia aveva arredamenti vecchissimi, il letto era con materasso sfondato e di pessima qualità, abbiamo dormito mae. La doccia aveva il tubo rotto e praticamente era inutilizzabile. Solo dopo le nostre lamentele ci è stato sostituito il tubo.
Decisamente un esperianza molto negativa rispetto all'anno precedente, dove ci è stata assegnata una stanza molto bella allo stesso prezzo di quella di quest'anno.

Prenotato camera standard e ci hanno dato la nuova suite per farcela vedere. Una favola di soggiorno. Sempre un piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Everything was perfect! Location, comfort, team, restaurant. We strongly recommend this marvelous hotel and restaurant. The team is lovely, in particular Susana at the Reception and Massimo the talented Chef. We will come back every year for sure.
The ambience. very friendly, genuine, warm welcome. Spa/ sauna is excellent. Dinners were rxceptional.. Hope we can retirn one day. We can't praise it enough!!.
