The staff as very accommodating for any of our request and on one occasion the male receptionist helped us solving a tv problem we had. The two people who we had for massages were great. The restaurant staff were exceptional. Marianna, Antonio, Mirko, Marisol and Ri ardo all great at their job. Had a couple of great sing along at the bar with the piano player.
As you decided the sauna is a nudist area we think it should be a little more patrolled as there are always ignorant people who choose as they pleased. After all you are a four star hotel and not a camp site with a water park. Besides all this, everything was exceptional an we will definitely return.

La piscina ad accesso libero è direttamente adiacente al centro benessere riservato agli adulti, e questa situazione crea inevitabilmente interferenze e momenti poco piacevoli per chi cerca tranquillità e relax.
Il problema, a mio avviso, non è tanto la disposizione degli spazi quanto la gestione degli accessi e il controllo dell’area. Se una zona benessere viene presentata come ambiente dedicato al relax degli adulti, dovrebbe essere garantito un livello di tranquillità adeguato. Invece, la vicinanza con la piscina e l’assenza di un controllo sufficientemente attento possono compromettere sensibilmente l’esperienza degli ospiti.
Credo che l’hotel debba intervenire con maggiore decisione, regolamentando meglio gli ingressi e assicurando un controllo costante dell’area. Per una struttura che punta sul benessere e sul relax, questo aspetto dovrebbe essere gestito molto meglio.

Tutto veramente eccezionale. Molto bella l’area relax con piscina coperta e scoperta tra loro comunicanti. Colazione abbondante e varia, cena sempre varia con possibilità di scelta per ciascuna delle tre principali portate. Ottima posizione: zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro. Molto bella e spaziosa la camera dotata di ogni confort. Quello che però abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata la professionalità dei receptionist e l’estrema cortesia e disponibilità del personale di sala che ci ha veramente coccolati ed è sempre stato gentilissimo.
Difficile trovare difetti. Forse solo la connessione alla rete Wi-Fi in certe zone era un po’ difficoltosa.
Struttura bella, varia e ricca la colazione, a 2 passi dal centro. La piscina con lettini è ottima al rientro dalle camminate. Molto gentili alla reception
Nelle foto della camera sembrava ci fosse un piccolo angolo cottura, forse è un refuso perché in realtà la descrizione non lo citava ma io ci avevo sperato

Very nice place. Great pool and sauna zone. Everything was ok. Parking included in the price. Relaxed there very good. Even prolonged our stay there. Breakfast was good-just missing glass of wine.
Ristorante top da stellato. Anche la sauna è capiente ma andrebbe valorizzata maggiormente magari con addetto aufguss. Personale molto cordiale.
Serve manutenzione. Si vede che la struttura era al top qualche anno fa ma ora (forse scelte legate al cambio di gestione) andrebbe fatta diversa manutenzione (terrazzi con legno che sta deteriorando, giardinaggio da fare periodicamente, una delle saune non funzionante).

Das Einzige, was zu kritisieren war, dass wenig Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung standen und man das Rauschen des Flusses in der Nacht sehr gehört hat, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft. Ansonsten ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Soltanto il bagno della camera non aveva la doccia ed essendo in una mansarda nella vasca non era troppo comodo lavarsi.
