Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tolles Frühstück. Eigener Strand. Trotz der Lage zwischen Straße und Bahn nicht sehr laut. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl.

La struttura è davvero comoda: uscendo dal retro della stazione ferroviaria di Francavilla ci si arriva in un attimo. Elegante, organizzata e pulita, colazione davvero completa e ottima (c'era anche una gran varietà di salato e alcune opzioni tipiche Abruzzesi). Menzione d'onore a Roberto e alla gentilezza dello staff, bravi davvero.

Bekvämt läge nära tågstationen och stranden. Mycket bra frukost med riktigt italienskt kaffe och italienska specialiteter. Mycket hjälpsam personal.
Hotellet ligger nära järnvägen och tågen är rätt högljudda ibland.

La camera era troppo vicina ai binari del treno.
Breakfast was excellent and provided plenty of options. Eliria was most helpful to ensure our satisfaction. We were frustrated with the newer thermostat design in the separate room but Eliria made sure we were content and ok throughout our experience in that room. She over exceeded our expectation. Location to the beach was very good and easy.
We were placed in the newer suites at first. The separate rooms are set up with a thermostat that we felt was too sophisticated. They informed us that we could not open door too often but we are at the beach. You come and go often and therefore the thermostat just completely stopped turning on since it was confused. We also had an outdoor seating area which, in my opinion, encourages being outdoor but only to have to keep coming indoor so it made very little sense as to the thermostat not turning on.
We booked for 9 nights,
On arrival we saw that the hotel is on a busy street from one side and railway on the other.. the room which was on the ground, not a part of the hotel was shaking every time a train was passing, and the noise from the street was annoying.
When we complained to the staff they said we should close the doors and deal with it. We left after one horrible night, they didn’t refund us. They said that it’s our problem we didn’t know about the location. On top of this - they tried to charge for parking for the whole stay, although we left. I resisted, and they gave up. The staff was mean and nusty. Lies about information we asked
Horrible horrible, my worst experience ever. I don’t know why booking is working with them. I did cancel my other booking reservations, and booked independently because I’m disappointed with booking. They lost me as a client.
