Camera molto piccola, frigo assai rumoroso, colazione con una sola macchina per il caffè per tante persone, spa bella ma non gestita bene, gran confusione con gente che urla.

Una splendida settimana.
Pros:

Struttura apprezzabile. Da evidenziare la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff e la loro attenzione. Spa piccola ma curatissima e suggestiva. Prezzi ristorante e bar onesti.

La spa era preclusa ai bambini pur pagando prezzo pieno, ci è stato detto solo all’arrivo e sul sito si dice che sono ben accetti. Capisco bagno turco e sauna ok, ma la piscina interna è riscaldata e avrebbero potuto includerla nei servizi per bambini. La struttura è piccola e angusta e non lussuosa, livello medio, le foto sono assolutamente fuorvianti. È su una strada di passaggio. La piscina esterna è esposta agli sguardi delle case vicine, non c’è separazione e privacy es. Manca staccionata o siepe alta. Camera essenziale. No frigo bar, solo acqua. Personale non gentilissimo.

Four star hotel?
Pros:

Dinner menu was good and the food was always delicious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The hotel spa was very busy, especially on Fridays and weekends, so didn't get to experience.
Not impressed that the hotel couldn't provide tea and coffee making facilities as I was there for three weeks.
It's a stretch to say this is fours stars...maybe because of the food and the spa.

Excellent spa with amazing service and Very good value for money
Pros:

Service and spa are top notch.
Amazing massage by Teresa and very good dinner on site for a reasonable price.
It Made me want to stay more than planned :)
