Beautiful location , but old facilities and poor customer service.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay.

The hotel is very outdated and in need of renovation. Our room had visible cracks in the walls, and the bathroom furniture showed signs of rust and wear.

What disappointed us most was the attitude of some staff members. During breakfast, we witnessed a young employee being reprimanded in front of guests for arriving a few minutes late to work. We found this unprofessional and uncomfortable. On other occasions, we also overheard staff discussing other guests in front of customers, which did not create a welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast was good, but we were never informed that eggs could be ordered in different styles, such as scrambled eggs. We only discovered this on our last day after hearing another guest mention it.

Another thing we noticed is that regular guests seem to receive different treatment compared to first time visitors. As new guests, we did not feel equally valued or informed.

Overall, the hotel has potential due to its location, but the facilities, communication, and level of professionalism need significant improvement.

Idyllic family hotel with beautiful views!
Pros:

Very nice location! Also the beach owned by the hotel is really beautiful and very idyllic with a beautiful view. Very friendly staff and a lot of breakfast options. Nice areas in the hotel where you can relax or enjoy breakfast with sea view.

Angolo di paradiso
Pros:

È la seconda volta che andiamo a villa ombrosa . Si trova un posto eccellente, a 10 minuti dal centro di Portoferraio comodissima per la sera se si vuole andare a fare una passeggiata senza spostarsi con la macchina, e di fronte la spiaggia delle ghiaie una delle più rinomate dell isola. La struttura offre tanti servizi parcheggio, servizio spiaggia in un angolo di paradiso, servizio bici (gratuito), prenotazione traghetto ad un prezzo migliore avendo la struttura delle agevolazioni. Consiglio la mezza pensione perché sia la colazione che la cena sono ottimi , e devo dire che si è mangiato ancora meglio rispetto a due anni fa con una vista mozzafiato ,inoltre lo staff della sala gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

L unica pecca le camere un po' datate , con delle perdite sulle pareti e la pulizia almeno nella nostra camera non era eccellente.
