Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und den bezahlten Preis hat uns nicht gefallen:
Zimmerausstattung wie in einer Jungendunterkunft, einfachste weiße furnierte Sperrholzplatten
Frühstück war OK, aber haben uns nach den anderen Rezensionen leider mehr erwartet
Für uns ein gutes 3-Stern-Hotel

Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem das Personal beim Frühstück, hier ein großes Lob!
Die Lage des Hotels ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und man bekommt über das Hotel 2 Strandliegen und einen Sonnenschirm für nur 10 Euro pro Tag.
Fahrräder kann man sich gratis ausleihen und damit in die Innenstadt von Grado fahren (ca. 10 Minuten).
Der Fernseher im Zimmer verfügt über ein paar deutschsprachige Sender.
Wir fanden auch das Bett sehr bequem! Es hat genau die richtige Härte, nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart. Für uns perfekt!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, es gibt ein ausreichendes Angebot. Auch der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die tägliche Eierspeise (Rührei) nicht schön anzusehen. Ich habe mir nicht davon genommen.
Sehr schade finde ich jedoch dass sich an der Auswahl der Speisen, egal ob Eier, Würstchen, Wurst, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst und Süßspeisen innerhalb einer ganzen Woche absolut nichts geändert hat. Es gibt jeden Tag haargenau das gleiche.

Der Strand ist zwar ziemlich nah beim Hotel. Allerdings ist an Schwimmen nicht zu denken, da das Wasser viel zu seicht ist über viele Kilometer weit hinaus und darüber hinaus sind extrem viele Algen im Wasser.

Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück & man kann auf der Terrasse frühstücken! Sehr freundlicher Kellner, der gleich auch die Tische passend zusammenschiebt, etc.!
Super, dass es einen Pool und 2 Whirlpools gibt, auch Duschen! Man konnte die Leihfahrräder super flexibel ausborgen, und sie waren gute Qualität und auch mit Korb vorne, echt toll!

Cons:

Der untere Teil des Etagenbettes war etwas niedrig.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Freundliche Atmosphäre, breites Publikum, schöner Pool und Schattenplätze unter Bäumen

Cons:

Etwas laute Musik am ersten Tag, danach viel besser, da dann keine mehr gespielt wurde.

Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone considering visiting that area
Pros:

Warm and friendly staff members always willing to help even despite the language barriers at times. Proximity to the beach was great and easy for all. Free access to bicycles was a fun touch for the family to go riding the neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area. Morning buffet was a nice have.

Cons:

It would be great if there was more food diversity and options available on the hotel menu (and more customizable) especially for the picky eaters.
