Wunderschönes 5Sterne Hotel mit schlechtem Service in der Gastronomie
Pros:

Das Hotel entspricht absolut fünf Sternen alles ist perfekt sauber ,die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind bestens geschult und extrem freundlich

Cons:

Leider ist der Servicebereich eine Katastrophe
Beim Frühstück ist alles okay aber am Nachmittag und Abend sind viel zu wenig Mitarbeiter vorhanden,die Wartezeit für einen Kaffee oder eine Kleinigkeit zu essen kann schon 35 bis 40 Minuten dauern

Colazione con scelte limitate e non all'altezza di un hotel 5 stelle.

Cons:

Eliminerei tutta la moquette e offrirei aria condizionata anche sui corridoi di collegamento; eviterei di chiudere tutte le vetrate della piscina interna nelle giornate afose.

Fint sted med en dejlig pool.

Cons:

Kunne ikke booke behandlinger ved ankomst. Kun muligt at booke en enkelt massage.
Utrolig dårlig opførsel fra livredder, som taler ned til gæsterne og har en dårlig opførsel.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Lo chef è davvero bravo: piatti tradizionali con un tocco di novità, ma senza stramberie.

Cons:

È un po' spiazzante il bagno in camera con pareti di vetro... sembra di avere poca privacy.. anche se poi le angolazioni coprono...
