A hotel in a great location
Pros:

The host was very accommodation. Lovely man. I liked that the accommodation was so close to Corso Umberto. Within reach of everything. My room was small but adequate for my needs. Very clean and the room was refreshed every day. Thank you

Cons:

If I was staying longer than a few days, I would've preferred a bigger room with balcony and a view. It was quite steep to get to the hotel. Many steps, but it goes with the location. But it would be particularly challenging for those with walking issues.

A beautiful stay in the perfect location — we would happily come back again.
Pros:

The stay was wonderful from start to finish. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and always available for anything we needed. The location is perfect, everything is close and easy to reach. The property was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

It was very quiet and comfortable.　Located right in the center of the main street, it was convenient for getting anywhere. I stayed alone, and I felt safe.

Cons:

It was clean but the refrigerator smelled strongly of strawberry yogurt, so I didn't feel like using it.

Un sejour presque parfait
Pros:

L’emplacement, la chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et le théâtre antique, la salle de bain moderne et bien équipée.

Cons:

Le canapé lit ne semblait pas confortable et n’a finalement pas été utilisé. Le climatiseur émet un sifflement continu. Une table avec des chaises sur la terrasse auraient été appréciables

Perfect little hotel
Pros:

Very smooth communication via WhatsApp to check in as I was arriving outside of their working hours.
Small hotel very well located, can do everything walking. There is a guide with restaurants, thanks for the tip I went to 3 of them.
Bus stop is 5mn away.
Bedding perfect, great heater.

Cons:

Just as information: some stairs to arrive to the hotel and inside even if there is a lift for those with walking issues.

Excellent location near the main promenade
Pros:

Excellent location; accommodating, very welcoming staff; very clean room.

Cons:

The toilet seat was difficult to reach due to extremely small space between bidet and toilet seat. It was rather cold and took a long time to heat the room via A/C.
Note: We were placed in Villa Chiara, another accommodation close by, owned by the same company.
