Pros:

Cortesia, pulizia , comodità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel non recente ma molto funzionale e ben tenuto. Vicinissimo alle terme. Prezzo molto contenuto. Bar sottostante molto ben fornito. Vicinanza al ristorante . Per chi è a piedi, la fermata di autobus è proprio sotto l'hotel

Suppongo che stiano facendo dei lavori di ripristino: ci sono cose molto nuove e moderne ed altre un po' fatiscenti.

Pros:

L'hotel è totalmente fermo agli anni 60, in quel senso è molto affascinante e a suo modo accogliente nel senso che sembra di essere caduti nella macchina del tempo. La signora delle pulizie è venuta regolarmente e tutto è andato bene. Posizione centralissima in Ponte a Serraglio e perfetta per utenti delle terme e del Villaggio Globale.

Cons:

Non abbiamo avuto il piacere durante 3 giorni di incontrare nessuno dello staff a meno che non fossero fantasmi e per questo motivo invisibili, il che era assolutamente intonato all'ambiente.

Pros:

The location was ok. Price wise, it was cheap and clean, but the room was old, bad bed and the whole hotel was in urgent need of renovation.

Cons:

The room had no daylight, the window looked out on a wet rocky wall, and the room was humid. Furniture was very dated, cracked bathroom appliances and dirty carpet.
Didn't see anyone of the staff during our 3 day stay.

Pros:

Posizione buona, camera con affaccio sulla strada (fortunatamente silenziosa durante la notte). Materasso comodo, abbastanza duro.

Cons:

Reception vuota, il numero presente per le richieste urgenti risultava sempre staccato. Abbiamo chiesto di avere un cuscino in più (non presente in camera) tramite Booking ma non ci è mai arrivato.

More like a cheap motel than a hotel. Old and worn down, in desperate need of an update

Only the location.

Cons:

Felt old, the doors were difficult to unlock. My first room had a broken door and it felt unsafe to sleep there. Almost no lighting in the room. Bad plumbing that made a lot of noise. The bathroom was so small that when you showered the toilet got wet.

Bridge Hotel Per noi è stato il TOP!!
Pros:

Posizione centrale ed eccellente, nelle immediate vicinanze di supermercato, ristorante, farmacia, bar tabacchi e ufficio postale. Estrema facilità di accesso con codici e assistenza prontamente forniti, parcheggio sulla sinistra dell' edificio, saranno tipo 5 posti auto ma nelle vicinanze si può parcheggiare lungo il fiume. Camera pulita e come da descrizione, tutto funziona benissimo ed è molto ordinato.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, era tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Struttura essenziale, ma impeccabile come servizi e pulizia. Siamo stati bene, ottimo punto di partenza per immergersi nella natura e rinfrescarsi con un piacevole bagno nel fiume

La posizione, la pulizia, accettano cani

Cons:

Scarsa sicurezza in quanto tutte le camere (almeno del piano) hanno codici simili.
Intera struttura vecchia e stanze datate sotto ogni aspetto, in particolare moquette ovviamente fatiscente. Anche la TV non funzionava.
Non prendono i telefoni e, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno, non andava neanche il wifi. Il personale è disponibile solo telefonicamente, e dopo aver fatto presente il problema più volte in quanto lavoro online, non c'è stato nessun miglioramento nei 3 giorni di soggiorno.

Pessimo.
Cons:

Non ho soggiornato nella camera. Ho cambiato subito hotel. Dopo un'attenta visione lo staff ha provveduto al rimborso.
