Excelent, altough for me the meals at dinner were a bit generous
Pros:

it was like an old style hotel, very comfortable, excellent service, and the pool great in the hot weather. Also close to bus stops.

Pros:

Nous avons eu une grande chambre sur la partie nouvelle de l’hôtel, peut être un peu défraîchie mais propre. Le personnel est acceuillant et très sympathique. Nous avons dîner au pub, nous le recommandons nous avons mangé du poisson frais pour un prix très raisonnable et surtout il était très bon. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine qui était très propre et chauffée.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool very much appreciated due to hot weather. Evening meals were excellent value and menu provided wide range of choices. Cooked breakfast also very good.

Cons:

Some flexibility for early breakfast exemption (regular time is fixed at 7.30am) would be good if catching early ferry to Sark

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, great breakfast and pool
Pros:

Great hotel and the staff were all extremely helpful. Very good breakfast with buffet style continental plus hot breakfast menu cooked to order. The pool was fantastic, heated and in a nice courtyard with sun loungers. Right near a bus stop which was great for us as we were walking the coast path. The evening meals at the hotel were excellent and we ate there every night except the first night when we had just arrived and were exploring St Peter’s Port.

First class.
Pros:

Both dinning area where very good. Well laid out. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was standard. The restaurant food was excellent but you will need to book a table each morning as it is popular with the locals.

Cons:

Not enough staff on the busy nights. They where run off their feet working the orders, waiting on tables, serving at the bar and taking payments. However, always with a smile.
