Toller Aufenthalt bei toller Lage , hier fühlt man sich wirklich wohl.
Pros:

Sehr sauber , super nettes Personal an allen Stellen. Toller Spa Bereich. Essen top, auch bei Änderungswünschen. Unser Wau Wau hat ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk bekommen. Und zum
Abschied gab es ein Abschiedspräsent, sehr süß.

Cons:

50€/Tag zusätzlich für den Hund empfanden wir als etwas happig.

Una suite come se ne vedono poche: fantastica!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle suite migliori dell'hotel, molto grande, spaziosa, con balcone panoramico e terrazzo solarium, dotata di ogni confort ed anche di accessori inaspettati. Anche se non li ho utilizzati perché avevo i miei, nella stanza era a disposizione persino uno zaino da montagna ed un binocolo! armadi capienti e mobili ove sistemare comodamente abbigliamento ed accessori. Una suite davvero bellissima, con una vista incantevole sui Sella. Pasti di ottima qualità e grande variata, serviti ad un tavolo davanti ad una vetrata panoramica. Parcheggio esterno e garage. Veramente una struttura come si sento di consigliare. Staff di sala molto disponibile e cortese. Discreta SPA e vasca idromassaggio esterna.

Cons:

Premesso che è stato tutto molto bello e che non c'è davvero nulla da dover segnalare in negativo ad una struttura che merita davvero complimenti, indico solo quello che secondo me manca per renderla perfetta; la piscina..
Una nuotata per distendere i muscoli dopo un'arrampicata, è una bella abitudine di molte struttura in Val Gardena e delle Dolomiti in genere, ne ho sentito la mancanza. Se ci fosse una piscina, questa struttura sarebbe una scelte assolutamente top.

Great stay in Wolkenstein
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Meals were excellent. Staff was very kind. Wellness area clean and nice. Roof Terrace was lovely after a day cycling. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Pros:

Struttura rinnovata , curata e pulita . La ragazza in Reception molto gentile e competente. Posizione perfetta, si scende a piedi e in qualche minuto sei nel centro di Selva . La struttura ha comodo parcheggio , sia interno che esterno .

Cons:

Piccole migliorie: oscurare meglio le camere , di notte filtra un po di luce dall esterno . Mini bar( che è presente ) in camera sarebbe utile fosse pieno.

Il balcone della mia stanza (superior) dava sulla tromba delle scale, senza tenda, la gente poteva guardarci dalle scale al balcone.
Mi son stati chiesti 10 euro extra per portare il cane con noi a cena, cosa che mi ha infastidito.
La prima sera ho chiesto se avessero qualcosa da mangiare per il cane, ma mi è stato riso in faccia.
