From arribal, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property is stunning and in a lovely location.

Great stay in the heart of Stow on the Wold
Pros:

Lovely property in a great position, staff were great

Cons:

Bit dated, no real choice for breakfast and a bit pricey but you are paying for the location

Ficamos muito decepcionados com nossa estadia. O custo benefício muito ruim.

A localização é muito boa. Tem estacionamento dentro da dependências do hotel o que ajuda bastante nos custos.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, não tem ar condicionado. O pior era o chuveiro que saia pouquíssima água tornando o banho um tormento na hora de tirar o shampoo ou o sabão. O café da manhã também muito pobre, só tinha pão de forma. O pior foi que num dos dias tivemos que esperar 20´para sentar para tomar nosso café.

Very enjoyable stay, great location!
Pros:

Loved the room - spacious and comfortable - and the central location. Our room overlooked the beautiful doorway to St Edward’s Church.

Cons:

Staff seemed run off their feet at times, especially at breakfast. A good breakfast though, if you didn’t mind a bit of a wait.
Take ear plugs if the church bells striking the hour are going to disrupt your sleep!

Pros:

Very well located as a base for the Cotswolds and central in Stow on the Wold. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Dated and tired. Needs a refurbishment and customer service could be more welcoming.

Great location but they clearly need more staff - room not great either

Cons:

Staff at breakfast were lovely but they were so understaffed- 1 to take orders, 1 to clear up tables and 1 to bring out the orders - I had to wait 40 mins for 1 poached egg and a portion of beans - I had to request fresh toast and tea and by the time they came out I had eaten my egg and beans
