Great Central Location For Stow
Pros:

Stayed at Stow Lodge for our recent visit to the Cotswolds tracing relatives back to the 1500,s. Great central location for Stow whilst at the same time a relaxing place to stay. Staff are very polite, attentive and friendly. Will stay here again when we visit next year.

Perfekt hotell på engelska landsbygden
Pros:

Trevligt och ombonat rum. Rent och sköna sängar . Hotellet låg mitt i byn med en fin trädgård . Frukost ingick . Generöst med val , fanns både traditionell engelsk frukost, frukt, gröt mm. Underbar personal !

Cons:

Fanns inget jag inte tyckte om. Hotellet motsvarade alla förväntningar jag hade på ett hotell på landsbygden i Cotswold

Amazing, perfect location!
Pros:

It was ideal for the purpose of our visit
Pros:

The room was very clean with all comforts but did not find the mattress or pillows very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly breakfast was good and the hotel central to Stow with parking which is a bonus

Cons:

We personally found the bed uncomfortable not liking foam mattresses

Nettes, romantisches Hotel mit Potential
Pros:

Stow Lodge Hotel strahlt für uns das typisch englische Flair aus - es wirkt heimelig, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen der Cotswolds genutzt. Dafür ist die Lage direkt an der Hauptverkehrader von Stow-on-the-Wold optimal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude direkt an der Straße, dennoch war es nicht zu laut. Bei schönem Wetter (und das hatten wir) ist es wunderbar, im Garten des Hotels zu sitzen.

Cons:

Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hotels etwas in die Jahre gekommen; so war z.B. das Duschen aufgrund sehr schwachen Wasserdrucks immer eine gewisse Herausforderung. Auch auf die Sauberkeit könnte etwas mehr Augenmerk gelegt werden. Und etwas mehr Auswahl beim grundsätzlich guten Frühstück wäre schön.

Cozy, historic hotel in the heart of stow

Location is great: Centrally located right next to st Edward’s church and town center

Cons:

My room was right next to the busy roadway so I could hear cars driving by all day/night.
