Immersed in beauty and serenity. This hotel is wonderful

Stanza top???? no, stanza da incubo.
Pros:

la struttura ha del potenziale... la gestione è imbarazzante. voto zero.

Cons:

Provate ad immaginare una stanza da 210 euro/notte dove ti fai la doccia, apri la finestra e trovi il cameriere proprio dietro. Esattamente questo succede alla camera 205 che poi sarebbe tra le più costose, attaccata alla finestra del bagno hanno messo la cucina del ristorante. Il Personale non è preparato,. Ci hanno assicurato che alle 22 chiudeva il ristorante, ma oltre mezzanotte era ancora aperto Non sanno neanche loro gli orari dei servizi. In camera non c'è una presa di corrente ai comodini, in compenso ci sono lampade gigantesche che si accendono con un pulsante a terra DIETRO il letto. Le lamentele? non gliene può fregare di meno. Una bambina alla reception ha risposto che nessuno si è mai lamentato, quindi è normale che nudo apri la finestra del bagno ed entri nella cucina con relativo personale...... ridicoli.
IN AGGIUNTA ALLA RISPOSTA DELL'HOTEL:
Le dichiarazioni fornite non sono veritiere. La finestra del bagno è attaccata direttamente alla cucina estiva e il personale lo si trova a meno di un metro e mezzo.... chiunque può verificare che le mie dichiarazioni non sono false. Riguardo alle lamentele con il personale, ci è stato detto che il proprietario era presente proprio alla reception, ha sentito tutto, ma se ne è ben guardato sia di scusarsi, sia di fornire una solutione accomodante. Se poi c'è stata una parola di troppo verso il personale è solamente per via del fatto che la persona con cui stavamo interloquendo si è messa in una posizione non di ascolto ma di attacco, nonostante le motivazioni fossero indifendibili. Veramente inqualificabile questa gestione. Viaggio tantissimo, ma tanta maleducazione non la avevo mai vista.

Die Zimmer mitten in einer fabelhaften Parkanlage. Sehr eleganter Frühstücksaal. Alles picobello sauber. Freundlicher Service. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Я арендовала номер для своего сына, он часто приезжает в Нолу по учебе. Он сказал, что это было лучшее размещение за всё время его поездок. Очень понравился номер, чистота, в номере было всё необходимое, очень уютно. Само место очень красивое! Мой сын сказал, что красота вокруг было невероятная. Рекомендую и 10 баллов из 10!

Décevant...
Pros:

L hôtel est assez petit, peu de chambres, mais le parc est grand et magnifique car y sont organisés différents évènements.
La chambre est assez grande et propre.

Cons:

Accéder à l entrée de l hôtel est compliqué. C'est indiqué que pour les événements et le dimanche, le parking etait archi plein. Le parking de l hôtel, beaucoup plus petit, est de l autre côté..
Le restaurant "erre", sur le rooftop, est une plaisanterie... quantités très insuffisantes (poissons), accompagnement inexistant, les serveuses à peine aimables, ne faisant pas l'effort de parler autre chose qu'italien..
Bref, c'est un restaurant prétentieux dont on sort affamé !!
Heureusement et de façon inespérée, nous avons eu un rabais sur la note.
Le petit déjeuner est correct, néanmoins.

A éviter en juin, la priorité est au mariage
Pros:

Un débit de saison qui n'est pas encore en route, une piscine pas nettoyée, le bar de l'hôtel en terrasse souvent fermé, pas de possibilité de boire un verre en piscine, 3 nuits avec mariage de la musique très forte qui nous a empêché de dormir, bref je déconseille les clients de réserver en juin.
pour le personnelle de l'entretien de la chambre c'était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner
dommage que le personnelle d'entretien extérieur de l'hôtel viennent perturber la tranquillité du petit déjeuné
