Great place with friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, well equipped gym and good breakfast. The Club Access was amazing. Emad and Hamza did everything to make you feel comfortable. They provided excellent service.

Stay at Hayatt Amman
Pros:

Waleed from the front desk reception was amazing and veryyyyyy helpful. He helped me at last notice to prepare the room with honeymoon decorations and late check out and would constantly ask me if i needed anything. As a hotelier can see him becoming a front desk manager one day

Engagement at Sawani Terrace
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful experience celebrating my daughter's engagement at Sawani Terrace. Mr. Amin was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. The buffet was exceptional—every dish was fresh, delicious, and tasted just like homemade food.
A special thank you to the talented chefs for preparing such an amazing meal. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality.

Biggest, most amazing suite we've ever stayed in
Pros:

We had an incredible 3-night stay with our teenage daughter, highlighted by the biggest suite we've ever had in a hotel. The lounge access added even more value to our stay. The location was great for exploring Amman. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

exceptional service the friendliest staff most beautiful place you can stay in your not because of the place because of the people including my best friend nowhis name is Emad other staff, including Madu, Wael, Amed, Hamza, and like there's 100 that can name each one was better than the other onethey made it like a home for me. It was literally the best 1514 days of my life and I didn't wanna leave leaving crying for you again the most friendliest cleanest atmosphere you feel like you're at home very thankful and grateful that I spend it here.
