Its just OK.
Pros:

the massage and moroccan bath with the therapist chanchani was the best

One of the best hotels in Amman!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a premium location in Jabal Amman being close to almost everything you may need in Amman, the views from the hotel are also spectacular and give you a homie feel of the location! Everyone in the hotel was friendly, helpful, and welcoming! Breakfast is great! So many options to try and the taste is authentic! Club access was also great, as the club provides delicious refreshments and food with a beautiful view of the 3rd circle! The spa is very relaxing with steam, sauna, and jacuzzi! Overall this hotel is great and I’d definitely stay again!

The hotel was wonderful, with great facilities, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Bilal Abu Tayeh and Mohamad Salah for their outstanding service. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

ليس بغريب على فندق حياه عمان الخدمة الراقية والمطلوب توفرها في أي فندق خمس نجوم ابتداء من رأس الهرم الأستاذ/ علي عمايره و الاستقبال وجميع العاملين فى الاستقبال واللوانج ومطعم الإفطار  الاستاذ / سائد و خدمة الغرف و الكونسيرج ونظافة الغرف.

Would not never go back again

Rooms where not clean and room service was poor
There was some insects in the bathroom coming out of the bath tub
Bathroom was not cleaned properly everyday and amanities were restocked at all. The bed sheets did not get changed for the whole stay .
Lobby service was poor.
Coffee was terrible tasting
