Pros:

こじんまりとして安いホテルで五稜郭を利用される方には利用かにが高いなぁと思います。
朝食も用意されてまして、ビジネスマンには重宝。旅行者であった我々も嬉しい対応でした。
準備されていた女性が品の良い方で話しやすかったですよ。

Cons:

値段を考えれば全然問題ありませんでした。

飲み放題のコーヒーマシンが自由に使えた
軽食が無料で利用出来た
男のスタッフの方が親切に対応してもらえた

Cons:

部屋から通行人や車が丸見えで、カーテンをずっと閉めていないといけなかった
部屋着のまま夜コーヒーを貰いに行って、ロビーも外から丸見えで、めちゃくちゃ恥ずかしかった

ロケーションが良いシンプルなホテル
Pros:

史跡 五稜郭・タワー 、百貨店、市電停留所から徒歩５分程度と近くとても便利です。　日中、フロント横にコーヒーのサービスがあり、朝食は無料の簡単サービス朝食です。　建物は、以前は百貨店の小さなサテライト店だったので天井は高く床はコンクリート打ちっぱなしです。
部屋は、シンプルなドミトリー（寄宿舎）をイメージすると良いかも知れません。　その分、宿泊料金が抑えられています。

Cons:

両隣の部屋からテレビ音、夜中には寝息が聞こえてきました。　ベッドの寝心地は良かったですが、高さが低くサイドテーブルはありません。　アメニティは、必要なものを持参する必要があります。

Pros:

Great location, very close to Goryukaku and right on the bus line to the station too. Close to a few lucky pierrots iykyk. The free coffees in the lobby and breakfast were a nice unexpected touch

Cons:

Not much sound proofing between the rooms, but seems to be mostly used for business purposes so wasn't a problem

コスパ最高で良いホテルです。
Pros:

バスルーム綺麗でベッド周りも良いと思います。

Cons:

ドアと床のすき間が若干空いていて気になる外部の音も聞こえてくる
床がコンクリートなので絨毯であれば完璧だった。

Enjoyable staying in Hakodate
Pros:

Very well positioned just walking distance from the park. Also well connected through tram and bus to the Hakodate JR station.

Cons:

If you spend the night in the Daimon keep in mind that is 40min walk if you miss the last connection.
