Pros:

Nothing, imagine landing at the middle of the night, wanting to just check-in and crash, and then they tell you they won't honor your booking.

Cons:

They did not honor booking, told me this booking is not valid and only option i would have it would be to cancel on my end. They refused to cancel on their end. Hence booking.com also charged me 1 days worth of cancellation fee, that im yet to get back.

At first they said they were fully booked, and hence could not honor booking. Which was a lie, because later they said they can't honor it because i paid with Credit Card, and they wanted cash. (Mind you, there was no option to pay on site). Then they said they have room, and can show be we would have to pay cash and also at a much higher rate than what was booking on booking.com.

Lastly, i did have a look at the room and it was not good, looked run down, and there are much better hotels nearby and similar price range if you look around a little more. In the ended i decided not to stay there, with all the shady practices they had going on with regards to the booking.

It had good facilities. The shower was good and we had a nice enough room with AC and a fan.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice to have fresh towels every day and more shower amenities like shampoo, conditioner and more small bars of soap as it just wasn’t enough for our 4 night stay. We also had an emergency situation where we had to get a taxi immediately to the train station which was difficult to get help with. I don’t know if this was because of a language barrier or just laziness of staff. Staff appeared to always be stood around waiting, not doing anything. Whilst me and my friend were stressing trying to get a taxi, instead of staff asking if they could be of assistance, 5 members of staff just ignored us and watched the tv behind us. I thought they were watching the cricket game but they were just watching CCTV with absolutely nothing happening so they may as well have been staring at a wall. It was very frustrating in that situation when we were desperate for help.

Remove oyo rooms from your website
Pros:

Third class property. Staff demanded more money for checkin stating room which I booked was not available and they are giving me big room. Fact is I had booked triple bedroom, they were offering me triple bedroom. I dont understand why such properties like oyo rooms are there on booking.com. Why booking.com is compromising their reputation? I dont feel like using booking.com now.
