Seafront location, our suite had a big balcony overlooking with a nice view, perfect for sunrise.
Few options for the morning breakfast as well, freshly cooked food. The staff is friendly

The staff was very friendly!
Hegyre néző szobát foglaltam, de mikor elhúztam a függönyt kapott szobánál, akkor derült ki, hogy végül tengerre nézőt kaptunk. Csodálatos volt! A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A reggeli nagyon finom nem sok választási lehetőséggel, de pár napra teljesen tökéletes volt. A szoba nem nagy, de teljesen elég. A szállás tökéletesen csendes helyen van kb 50 m-re a strandtól.
Szerintem lehetne 07:30-tól a reggeli, mert a 08:00 órai kezdést egy kicsit későnek találtuk, amikor kirándulni mentünk aznap. Továbbá nagyon nehéz parkolót találni az esti órákban.
The accommodation was absolutely fantastic overall. The balcony had a beautiful direct view of the sea and a large part of the city. We spent a lot of time there, especially in the evenings, just sitting outside and enjoying the view.
The room was clean, beautifully renovated, and the size was perfect for two people. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, so we could cool the room down at night.
The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The beach directly in front of the hotel was also excellent (although it is not part of the hotel), with beautiful clean water, a beach bar, toilets and changing facilities.
The main square of the city, with lots of restaurants and shops, is only a few minutes away. Overall, the location is excellent and we were very happy with our stay.
There were only a few small things that could be improved. If I could, I would give 9.5, but since that is not possible, I don't want to give 9 because, despite these minor issues, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
We really missed having a clothes drying rack on the balcony. Even just a simple clothesline with a few pegs would have been great. Without one, after swimming every day we had to use the outdoor furniture to dry our wet swimwear. Since this is a seaside accommodation, I think a drying rack would be very useful.
There was also very little storage space in the room. There was basically no proper wardrobe, only one larger drawer. For an 8-day stay, it would have been nice to have more space to unpack and properly store our clothes.
The air conditioning drainage is unfortunately positioned so that the water flows underneath/in front of the sofa on the balcony. This is a little inconvenient, as you can easily step into the water if you go outside without slippers and then bring the water back into the room. It would be better if the drainage could be arranged so that the water does not flow across the balcony.
The bathroom is beautiful and recently renovated, but the shower area is completely level with the rest of the bathroom, and the glass panel only covers about half of the shower. As a result, after taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor gets wet. There is a rubber strip on the floor that seems to have been added afterwards, but it is already partly coming loose and does not prevent much water from escaping. A shower curtain, a better barrier at the edge of the shower, or simply a mop for cleaning up afterwards would make this much more convenient.
Finally, although breakfast was always plentiful and everything that ran out was quickly replaced, it was exactly the same every day. After a few days, a little variety would have been nice.

The lady at the reception had a very good vibe, professional and hospitable.
In centrum easy access to the beach, they are nice people, friendly especially Ms. Didi at the reception -she make our wish and upgraded to the higher level our rooms for the nice seaview. Personal was so considerate and they always smile.

The window did not close completely, allowing light to enter the room.
The bathroom drain was clogged from the first day and was not fixed at any point during our stay.
The tap water was salty, which made showering and personal hygiene quite unpleasant.
The breakfast was very poor, with very few options and limited serving hours. Items were not replenished once they ran out.
Hotel situato in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi che le varie spiagge.
Le persone che ci lavorano fanno una gran differenza, Didi meravigliosa padrona di casa, sempre sorridente e super disponibile per ogni richiesta; Nik anche lui super disponibile e gentile; e tutti gli altri che non ricordo i nomi. Se dovessi tornare a Zante sicuramente tornerei qui.
Il bagno troppo piccolo, e la pulizia non era impeccabile.
