Your great Greek holidays
Pros:

Absolutely everything was perfect. The seaview, beach just ten steps from the room, localization in a small calm village, sunsets, the staff, the restaurant, breakfast with the sea breeze and dinners with rakija. The best place to stay:)

Een verblijf bij Captain’s House in Panormo is zeker en vast een aanrader! Zowel het verblijf in het hotel/ appartem
Pros:

Het appartement was heel comfortabel, proper en voorzien van alle zaken. Elke ochtend nieuwe handdoeken, een proper appartement eens we opnieuw binnen waren na een daguitstap.
Alle credits aan de lieve, attente Athena, host van Captain’s House. Door haar was ons verblijf niet alleen aangenaam verblijven maar hadden we ook fijne ochtendbabbels.

Cons:

Weinig daglicht in de grote appartement, wat wel jammer is.

Buona colazione anche se non era a buffet, quindi un pò limitata nella scelta...

La camera con il letto in alto era molto calda, è stato quindi necessario dormire con l'aria condizionata accesa.

A lovely base to explore the island and to come back to in the evening.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view of sunset from terrace. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Smell of drains outside the rooms coming from the local pumping station. Nothing that the owners could do about it but it was a shame as it could be smelt on the terrace and in the adjoining taverna.

auf jeden Fall buchen; der Ort Panormos ist wunderbar für einen angenehmen Urlaub

sehr gute Lage am kleinen Hafen mit sehr gutem Restaurant, beides mit direktem Meerblick; Essen im Restaurant vielfältig und sehr gut, daher sehr gut besucht; beidseits des Hotels Strände in paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen; sehr ruhige Maisonette;

Cons:

ziemlich alte Kochplatte/Backofen-Kombination in der Küche der Maisonette sollte durch moderne Kochplatte ersetzt werden;
kein persönlicher Kontakt bei check-in oder check-out

Perfect in every way for a relaxing holiday
Pros:

The accommodation and its location are both outstanding. Panormos is a little slice of heaven just outside Rethymno. We stayed in a lovely split level apartment minutes from the sea. Athena and the team at Captains House are all so lovely and welcoming. Great breakfast every morning. Wonderful restaurants in the evening. We visited Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos and Rethymno. Excelllent days out. We will definitely return!

The cleaning lady was very friendly, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and always asked us if there was everything ok with the room.
