コスパが良い。歌舞伎町に用事があったので徒歩で行けた。

Cons:

シャワーのみ。お風呂につかりたかった。
場所が分かり難かった。外観からは想像できず住所で探し回った。
文明の利器に慣れておらず、チェックイン・アウトに手間取った。
PWも外門、チェックイン、部屋と区別がつきにくく、肝心の部屋はチェックイン時しか表示されないため再度チェックイン画面で見直しました。
