הכל. איזה כיף של חופשה. בריכה, מגלשות מיים (שימו לב, חלקן רק מגיל 8 - ומקפידים), חוף ים צמוד, צוות חייכני עם תודעת שירות נהדרת וסופיה המדהימה - המלכה של חדר האוכל. חדר נשנושים שפתוח מרבית שעות היום עם אוכל שתיה גלידה והמון פירות.
בתפריט הבר יש דברים בתשלום נוסף, אבל ממש אפשר להסתדר בלי. הגענו לפני שעת קבלת החדרים ונשארנו אחרי עזיבת החדרים הכל ללא חיוב נוסף עם שימוש מלא במתקנים וקבלת חדר למקלחת לפני העזיבה. עקב רגישות מסויימת לאוכל ,כל ארוחה בישלו לאחד האורחים במיוחד, מדהים
ממש בקטנות.... למשל היה נחמד אם ברד לילדים - היה ללא תשלום, אפשר לשפר קצת תחזוקה, להוסיף עוד קצת צל בבריכה
אבל זה לא פגע בהנאה הגדולה מהנופש

ארוחות מעולות ומגוונות. לכל אחד יש מגוון אפשרויות אם טבעוני, אם אוכל כשר או לא.
חדרים מרווחים, ממוזגים טוב, ונקיים. שירות חדרים יומי המחליף מגבות ומעביר ניקוי קל.
הנוף בחלקו קצת מוסתר על ידי תחנת כוח קרובה ועדיין ניתן לקבל מהחלון נוף טיפוסי של כרתים.
צוות המלון ידידותי מאוד ומנסה לפתור כל בעיה, תקלה או בקשה באופן מהיר ויעיל. החל מצוות הקבלה, צוות המלצרים ועובדי המשק.
מיקום המלון טוב ומאפשר נסיעות לערים מרכזיות בכרתים בזמן סביר.
לא רחוק מהמלון אזור שוקק חנויות מזכרות, סוכנויות השכרת רכב מסעדות וטברנות לרוב.
אזור מוצל בבריכה עצמה היה מוסיף להנאה והשהייה בבריכה
The resort itself is very well taken care of, big, clean, and tons to do for the family. Great value being all inclusive, although we didn't get to use much of the facilities as we had day tours and plans so we only basically had breakfast and late dinner. Otherwise, the breakfast and dinner had the most amount of options compared to 7 other properties we stayed at in Greece. The hotel room was very big and clean for the family and we felt welcomed.
The resort itself is very nice, but it's not the best location in town being at the edge and next to plants of some sort, so outside of the resort, is not walking distance to much of anything.
The biggest complaint we have is regarding the waterpark. Having stated the location above, we stayed at this resort because of the waterpark, otherwise, there were many other choices in the city Heraklion we could have stayed at. Basically, the waterpark is tailored towards 8 and above kids and even at 8, they can't go on all the rides. You have to read the questions people ask otherwise, it doesn't say any of this in Bookings. My 6 and 8 year old have both gone on more extreme rides than that and yet, even my 8 year old was only allowed to go on 2,3 I believe. I watched the main pool for approximately 5 minutes the first day where all the slides come down. Over 80% of the people coming down were adults. Not that I have any problems with adults having fun, but when in that span more adults are coming down in a "park" than more kids, I think that's odd for a park. And this is not a Greece rule or law that prevents this resort from allowing more kids at younger age to enjoy the park, it's the management of this resort that needs to evaluate the priorities of the park. Generally in Greece, it seems smoking is free everywhere. During my 5 minute watch of the pool where my 6 year old kid came up to me several times pleading to go into the slides, there was a gentleman having his smoke in his hand talking while the second-hand smoke coming our way in front of my 6 year daughter. If you want a clean and safe environment for the kids that their management is so keen on protecting our children, maybe start with having designated smoking areas so kids are not exposed to those nasty habits. The front reception lady did not give us the 8 year old bracelet unless she came herself. So we had to drag her all the way from the water park wet to the front reception. She was rude and not welcoming. I don't know what she thought we would do with the bracelet.
Już od pierwszych chwil wszystko było super. Bardzo pomocna recepcja, super obsługa restauracji, barów, animatorów. Jedzenie wyśmienite. Czysto i pięknie. Hotel na wysokim poziomie zadbany i znakomicie zorganizowany. Dziękujemy

Minden nagyon rendben volt! Változatos ételek, szép és tiszta környezet, kedves személyzet. Busszal is könnyen megközelíthető. Panaszra semmi okunk nem volt.
Nem a szállás hibája, de a tengerbe bemenni körülményes a kövek miatt, de ez csak egy viszonylag rövid sáv, ami köves, előtte és utána teljesen jó.

Super miejsce na rodzinne wczasy. Cała rodzina zadowolona z jedzenia, standardu, atrakcji. Personel bardzo przyjazny zaskoczył Nas pozytywnie nie raz.
Mieliśmy dwa połączone pokoje co stanowił duży plus jednak w jednym był dobry zasięg WI-FI, a w drugim był bardzo słaby, ale to i tak nie wpływa na naszą ogólne.
Breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied, and delicious. The cocktails at the bar are excellent.
The water park is small and they restrict 2 slides to ages 10 and 140 cm. Towels are only distributed near the spa and not near the water park. Showers for guests who have checked out are only available in the gym, and it was difficult to find them
