Pros:

Jednoznačne poloha hotelu a parkování zdarma.

Cons:

Snídaně na to že jste v Itálii velmi chudé zdarma ale michaná vejce již za 11€,voda z kohoutku na pokoji tekla částečně slaná, na pokoji první voda v lednici zdarma dalši již za 3€, kolo za 10€ na den,turistický poplatek naučtovan až při odjezdu,nebyl součástí platby předem.

A proč to všechno píšu...
protože hotel má označení 4☆ a na tohle to opravdu nedosahuje ani náhodou.
Maximálně 3☆.

Co se týká pláží tak pozor!!!
Na celé části Forte dei Marmi,kde se nachází hotel,jsou jen dvě veřejné free pláže jedna je na sever vzdálenost asi 5km a dalši na jih cca4km( malá,určitě nedoporučuji)
Zbytek jsou jen soukromé a to za 80-100€ na den za slunečník a dvě lehátka !

Pros:

Location perfetta per il centro di Forte e per il mare. Ampio e comodo parcheggio.

Posizione centrale

Purtroppo ritengo che la struttura non giustifichi la tariffa richiesta.
La camera, situata nella dependance al piano terra, era stata sicuramente ristrutturata, ma affacciava direttamente sull'area riservata al personale. Questo costringeva a tenere sempre abbassata la tapparella per garantire un minimo di privacy, con conseguente mancanza di luce naturale.
Il pavimento in piastrelle è sicuramente pratico e igienico, ma l'isolamento acustico lascia a desiderare: si sentivano chiaramente i passi e il rumore delle valigie nel corridoio, oltre ai movimenti provenienti dalla camera soprastante.
Colazione scarsa. La scelta era piuttosto limitata e il vassoio dei prodotti salati risultava poco curato, con salmone affumicato, uova, insalata e avocado disposti tutti insieme. Inoltre, il tavolo doveva essere apparecchiato autonomamente.
Infine, in camera non c'era copertura di rete telefonica e per poter utilizzare il telefono era necessario collegarsi al Wi-Fi.
