Pros:

服務人員雖然年長，但和藹親切！地點距離河口湖車站很近！旅館建築雖然稍舊，但整體算得上乾凈清潔！

Cons:

晚上1030就不能外出，但整個河口湖車站外面也沒有其他商鋪可逛（除了Lawson與7-11）！

位置非常好离车站及租自行车车店也很近，酒店的风格比较古老，竟然还有用钥匙开门比较有趣，像是回到了昭和时代，工作人员非常热情，有的时候还赠送了明信片

Cons:

The cleaning staff came every morning at 9am and opened the door without even knocking. We had already told at the reception that we dont't need cleaning but still they came in morning and opened the door. Even on the day of the checkout, they came 1 hour before the checkout time and directly opened the door.

Pros:

Location is good. 5min walk from Kawaguchiko station. Clean. Staff very nice.

Cons:

Dated decor. No water bottles provided and minimal amenities. Have to pay for luggage keeping after check out.

Perguntamos se podíamos deixar a mala na recepção, um senhor bem mal educado nos negou. Deixamos nossa mala então no quarto e corremos para dar uma última volta na cidade, quando chegamos, nossas coisas estavam na recepção.

Localização maravilhosa!! Muito perto da estação, tem lojas de conveniência perto.
Fomos muito bem recepcionados! Pessoal muito simpático, prestativo e educados.

Cons:

Estava ventando um pouco quando estávamos lá. O duto do exaustor ficou batendo a noite inteira. Ninguém do quarto conseguiu dormir. Nós disseram que nada podia ser feito.
O secador de cabelo é péssimo (extremamente velho e fraco).
No geral, bemmmm antigo.
