NOTHING
THE FAUCET WAS FALLING OFF
Room was clean and staff was courteous. Hotel is on the other end of the city if you are coming from airport. You will have to cross entire city to reach hotel from airport. Room was equiped with necessary facilities.
Room size was too small and bathroom was too tiny. Room size is fine for a single person.

Post they - it was a suffering and Booking.com as usual never helps.
Stayed at ibis Nashik from 9–10 May 2026 with one infant and one 5-year-old child, and the experience was deeply disappointing and far below the standard expected from an Accor-branded property.
While leaving in a rush for Triambakeshwar Temple, we accidentally left behind a pair of trousers, a belt, and cash in Room 519.
We sent a formal email to Mr. Sanjeev Kalyani, General Manager, ibis Nashik, immediately, but received no meaningful response.
We made repeated calls to the hotel, but the calls were disconnected.
Despite having our contact details, no one from the hotel called us back.
There was no luggage assistance at arrival or departure, even though we were traveling with an infant and a 5-year-old child.
No valet or parking assistance was provided.
Late at night, we were given a twin-bedded room that was unsuitable for a family with an infant and a young child, and when we asked for help, we were told to go elsewhere instead of being supported with a proper alternative.
During breakfast, a staff member rudely refused to bring coffee to my wife while she was feeding the children.
As an Accor member, I expected at least basic courtesy, urgency, and accountability, but received none
.
For a family traveling with young children, the lack of support and guest care was especially upsetting.
This is not the level of service one expects from an Accor property.
Staff is cordial and helpful.
Rooms have central AC so in summer the lowest you can have is 26 degrees, which is really uncomfortable
FAIRLLY GOOD
BREAD BASKET LID OVERLAPPING THE BUTTER
Overall room was clean and friendly staff and good wifi.
Breakfast was not good and very busy
I liked the staff the most. Each and every one was service oriented and of a smiling disposition. Most of them took personal interest to see that we were not inconvenienced.
Some in the cafeteria were quite passive and disinterested. The food standard was quite low. In our five days and four nights stay we observed that the same /similar items were recooked and served with different names. Overall it was tolerable.
Over all the stay was good
Washroom in the room is hopeless. Very uncomfortable
