Clean and efficient
Pros:

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There was a good selection of breakfast food.i liked that they had a strict non smoking policy for a non smoking room.

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing, particularly with the front-desk service.
I had requested an early check-in, but when I arrived, the request was declined at the desk. What was more disappointing than the decision itself was the lack of empathy and hospitality. There was no warm welcome or genuine acknowledgment of the guest. The staff seemed so occupied with their own work that basic guest interaction appeared to be overlooked.

Later, during check-in in the evening, I specifically requested a higher-floor, non-smoking room. The staff offered me a room on a higher floor, but it was a smoking room. This was a very basic request, and I was surprised that the two requirements were not understood together.

The overall experience made me feel that guest needs were secondary to whatever was happening at the front desk. A hotel stay should begin with a warm welcome, attentive service, and staff who actually listen to what the guest is requesting.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving guest acknowledgment, empathy, communication, and basic service standards at the front desk.
