Experience super!
Pros:

Une magnifique suite, avec petite kitchenette et balcon. On s'y est très bien senti, tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine est top ainsi que le jacuzzi!

Distance de marche raisonnable des commerces et de la plage.
Piscine sympa.

A marvelous stay in wonder-full Harmony suites
Pros:

The property has a lot of green , a wonderfull garden and pool and we had a beautiful view at the bay and we were close to the jazz pavillon
The suite groundfloor was very practical
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

The toilet did not had a ventilation

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to the marina and beach.
Pros:

This is a comfortable hotel in a great location, between the beach and the marina. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a quiet location, even though the jazz festival was on, we were not disturbed.

Cons:

We had problems with the first room as the bathroom door did not shut, but the hotel staff were extremely helpful, and speedily gave us another, better, room.

Très belle expérience
Pros:

Bien placé, cet hôtel offre un bon niveau de confort. Le jacuzzi dans la suite vraiment très agréable. Les suite sont spacieuses et le vue sur mer très agréable. Le choix pour le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant.

Cons:

Jeu beaucoup apprécié mon séjour même si j’ai trouvé le tarif élevé. Je n’y ai séjourné qu’une nuit.

Great location to beach, restaurants and shops.
Pros:

Great location, had ground floor rooms and upstairs. We wished with our big luggage as no lift that we had booked a downstairs room.

Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms were quiet and on the first floor with a good view. The pool was a good size and the lounge area overlooking the marina was great. As the owners stated, there was not much noise by the pool and people were quiet after 6pm, also with the hot tub which was nice. Location close to Reduit was good too. The housekeeper was helpful and good and we always had tea, coffee, etc. as well as cleaned room when requested.

Cons:

The tv did not work, in spite of our asking twice for it to be mended or replaced. Very disappointing as we enjoy watching sport especially tennis and golf (The Masters).
Things kept breaking, e.g. plus in bathroom basin. Lavatory etc.
Blind and curtains did not keep out morning light at 6am.
Overall impression was that everything was old - beds, rugs, fridge etc.
No visible security person at night; anyone could have landed by boat from the Marina at the front of the hotel or walked round.
Cockpit bar/restaurant too loud; three televisions in one room with different channels on at the same time.
Therefore quite expensive bearing in mind the above, xcd15,400 24 nights, equivalent of GB£4189, GB£176 per night for room only.
