Lovely lake side room with balcony
Pros:

A little balcony with sliding door and great view of the lake. Lots of birds. Nice walk around the lake. Good value vouchers for food at any of the shops.

Cons:

Clean away cobwebs and bird poo off the balcony.

Pros:

Very friendly receptionist. Room looked like it had been updated. Nice to have a view of the lake.

Cons:

Midges meant we couldn't open balcony doors so room was stuffy. Externally windows look in need of smartening up.

Bed was comfy but building is manky
Pros:

The pond and grounds to the back of the hotel

Cons:

It really is tatty and looks like the building is falling into disrepair in parts. There was dirt in the sink and bath, hand wash was falling off the wall and the room was sweltering hot with no air conditioning and can’t open a window.

Pros:

Friendly staff and nice location with pond and seating at the back.

Cons:

Very noises with people walking and banging in corridors above until the early hours of the morning. Leaking taps in bathroom that don't turn on straight away then suddenly gush out very hot water with no warning, not great for children.

Easy access, good facilities, clean, friendly staff, lovely grounds and dog friendly.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean. Tea, coffee, hairdryer provided. Parking included. The room was spacious and the grounds were amazing. The staff at the hotel were great, friendly, helpful and good fun.

Nothing I did not like

Excellent overnight accommodation at a very reasonable charge
Pros:

Located on the edge of the lake with view over the lake, small balcony with chair and table, nice walk around the lake, good parking ,room was clean, choice of venues for freshly made breakfasts. Accommodation was very reasonably priced

Cons:

Balcony had not been cleaned for some time evidenced by salt crystals on the floor ( in July! ) and vegetation debris on the floor

I have used this hotel for the last ten years Unfotunately the standars are not what they were.
Pros:

Very pleasant and welcoming staff

Cons:

TV signal intermittant
Could not log on to wifi refused to accept my birthdate
