We were a bit apprehensive about this hotel because of its low review score and reviews about lack of cleanliness. The room we got on the ground floor was spotless, large and well designed. We had a very comfortable 5 night stay. The room had ample space to open our 2 large suitcases. This hotel certainly does not deserve its low review score. It ought to be a 9 out of 10 review score.There is a washing machine and a large clothes drying rack but be mindful that clothes do take time to dry in the room.
Not much not to like but if i had to say something: there is a small step to and after the room passage. However, after tripping a couple of times you remember it is there 😀. There was a safe box in the room, but it was locked, and despite several communications assuring us that the management company had contacted the owner about it, the safe was not opened for use throughout our stay. Not much of an issue as Japan is very safe and no one enters your room during your stay.

自助密码入住的视频链接可以再醒目一点，建议放在文字教程前面，文字无法很好理解

Tuvaleti ve banyosu güzeldi, yataktar çok kötü değildi. Fakat temizlik hiç yapılmamış gibiydi, çamaşır makinesinin içi kirliydi, buzdolabının üstü toz doluydu, lavabolar yeterince temiz değildi, yatakların alt kısımları kirliydi, süpürülmemişti. Saç kurutma makinesi kırıktı. Otopark yok.

駅から徒歩で5分ほどで便利。部屋も広くて綺麗、設備類も必要なものが全て整っていて家にいるような快適さでした。
チェックアウト時の部屋キーの返却方法が不明（案内を見れていなかったせいかもしれないが）だった。パジャマの用意がないのは知らなかった。
チェックインするまでは本当に宿泊できるのか不安でしたが、問題なく宿泊できました。
駅から少し遠く感じましたが、バス便も多く、便利でした。

Even for a self-service hotel, this level of service is unacceptable for a longer stay. The lack of hospitality made our trip quite unpleasant. If you are staying more than one night, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Not worth the money.
