素晴らしい！
Pros:

スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた。
部屋も快適に過ごす事が出来た。
朝食は、期待通り、とても種類も豊富で美味しかった。
ロケーションも良かった。

Cons:

一つだけ残念だったのは、部屋の椅子に長い髪の毛が付いていたこと。（自分は短いので、ちょっと嫌だった）

神戸の定宿にしようと思いました。
Pros:

チェックインするとかわいいプレゼントを選べて、次にウェルカムプレート、クローネともう1品のスイーツと選べる冷たいお飲み物と温かいお飲物で旅の疲れが癒されました。フロント、お部屋の中にはホテルのキャラクタークマぽち君のグッズがあふれるくらいにそこら中にあってまるでテーマパークにいるよう。大人でも楽しいので子供ならさぞかしと思いました。

素敵なホテルでゆっくり過ごせたし、楽しかった。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが美味しかったし、朝食も美味しかった

Cons:

特にないが、強いていえばコーヒーメーカーの近くにコンセントがなくて、メーカーを移動させてコーヒーを入れなければならなかったこと。
延長コードがあったけれど、わかりにくい場所に収納されていたし、延長コードを使わないと使えないコーヒーメーカーの設置場所はいかがなものか？！

神戸らしいホテル
Pros:

街の中心にあり大変便利そしてゆっくり過ごせるゆとり感

Cons:

珈琲や紅茶のパックが一階フロント前のためくつろいでる途中に取りに行くのが嫌になり諦めた。せめて同じフロアに置いて欲しかったです。
