良いホテルでした
Pros:

スタンダードツインを予約したのですが、部屋にはシングルベッド1つとダブルベッド1つがあって驚きました。
そしてバス・トイレも2つあり、狭めのシングルルームとダブルルームを繋げたようになっていたので、一緒に行った相手に配慮することなくバス・トイレが使えたのがとても良かったです。

あと、部屋のエアコンの効きが良いのも嬉しかったです。
数カ月に一度の頻度でいろんなホテルに宿泊するのですが、意外とエアコンが効きづらいところがあります。
夏場は特に部屋が涼しくなってくれないとリラックスもてきないので、こちらのホテルは居心地良く過ごせました。

朝食ヴュッフェも良かったです。

Cons:

大したことではありませんが、強いて言うなら男性従業員の方々に笑顔が見れなかったことでしょうか。
朝、ロビーに行ったときなど、「おはようございます」と向こうからちゃんと挨拶してくださるんですが、笑顔がありませんでした。
朝食を食べながら、他のお客様に朝の挨拶をする様子も見ていましたが、やはり笑顔がないように感じました。

あと！
チェックアウトしてから主人が提携駐車場から車を回してくれるまでの間、ロビーで座って待とうと思ったんですが、ロビーにあるテーブル席は全て【予約席】の札が置かれていて座れませんでした。
壁際に置かれた椅子が4人分くらいはあったのですが、全て使われていました。
私は腰痛が酷く、暫く待ったあとで漸く空いた席に座る事ができホッとしましたが、私が席を立つ10〜15分くらいの間、【予約席】の札が置かれた席はずっと空いたままでした。

1人を楽しめました
Pros:

駅からも近く買い物も食事に行くのも便利な場所でした
1人で丁度いいお部屋で清潔で家具もグッズも可愛かったです
ウェルカムスイーツも朝食も美味しかったです

熊か可愛い
Pros:

ウェルカムデザート
朝食とても美味しかった
部屋の色んな所に熊のモチーフがあり可愛いお部屋で和みました
スタッフの、皆さんも対応が良かった

可愛いコンセプトと美味しいケーキ
Pros:

リピーターです。マスコットのくまさんでまとめられているのが、かわいいです。非日常を体験できます。なんと言っても、朝食のパンとケーキの質が高くこれを目当てに宿泊しました。さらに、前回はお菓子、今回はポーチのプレゼントがあり、大満足です。

部屋もゆったりしていたし朝食も相変わらず美味しかったです
Pros:

以前の宿泊の時はチェックに時間がかかったのですが、今回は他のチェックインの客もいたのにめちゃくちゃスムーズでした
