Disappointing, badly run down hotel, not good value for money, but a stunning location.
Pros:

The location was great, but the hotel was extremely badly maintained and barely met minimum acceptable standards despite being one of the more expensive hotels during our stay. The open lounge at the back is a newer addition which had a beautiful view of Mt Fuji.

Cons:

The toilet piping and one of the beds were held together with duct tape. The air conditioner in our room was also taped up (with paper tape) but rattled so badly that we had to sleep without it (not ideal in temperatures above 30 C). The bed was hard and there were only 2 extremely thin pillows - we asked for more, but they were only reluctantly supplied. The walls were scuffed, had holes in places and dirty fingerprints. The shower was so tiny it was extremely difficult to maneuver in. The room wasn't serviced during our stay. The door in one of the rooms was falling apart and the walls were very thin

いい滞在でした！
Pros:

古めの建物ではありましたが、中はとっても綺麗に清潔にされていて、心地よく過ごすことができました。この値段で貸切温泉を1時間利用することが出来るのは本当にお得だと感じました。ホテル内も外も忙しすぎず、
近くにコンビニや、飲食店もあったので、便利で、満足しています！

Cons:

窓のブラインドが緩めで、早い時間から朝日が入り込み、かなり部屋が明るくなってしまったところが少し残念でした。

夕朝食ともに大変美味しかったです。

Cons:

建物の老朽化は仕方ないにしてもベッドが古すぎて湿気があり、寝具も変な匂いがして眠れませんでした。
廊下等もカビ臭くて、お料理が良かっただけに残念です。
家族風呂があるとしてもバス、トイレが狭すぎます。

Levné, čisté ubytování, možnost zdarma využít na 50 minut Onsen, velice příjemná recepční, která se vším pomohla. Pokud budete mít štěstí a bude zrovna vidět Fuji, krásný výhled na ni je ze společenské místnosti.

朝夕の食事がとても良かったです。
スタッフの方皆さん全て親切で感じが良かった。

Cons:

設備が老朽化している。
客室内の2人掛の長椅子の中央がヘタれて座りにくい状態で補修されていない。
外まわりも錆びがかなり進んでいる箇所が多く、木のベンチも壊れた状態で放置している。
