Updated hotel and great rennovations.
Cons:

The bed was not comfortable as I expected. The swim up bar was so crowded didn't even know it want part of travellers.

An awesome experience at Travellers Beach Hotel and sSpa
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at this place and I would recommend it for anybody that loves tranquility while enjoying the Coastal vibes. The staff are kind and the food is awesome;the rooms are extremely nice, actually a standard room comes with two beds. I enjoyed myself!

Memorable stay at Mombasa
Pros:

We had an amazing weekend at this gem. Situated on the beautiful coast and run by the most friendliest staff. They displayed a genuine concern for everything guest. Prioritising us over themselves.
Every morning we meet Mr Gilbert who serves us the freshest coffee together with the latest news updates, adding more value to our stay.
Mr Benson went the extra mile while ensuring the well being of our injured colleague. Who received the best treatment from local doctors as he selflessly escorted her to the local hospital.
Our fitness instructor Mr Phanuel is a true inspiration. He sets the bar high as he displays athletism and motivates us to break our own mental limits. The gym sessions with him feel so much easier.
And last but not the least. Mr Alex surveys the property 24/7 with his team of security. Ensuring the safety and comfort of every person visiting or working at this beautiful property.
From delicious food, to beautiful views. Multiple swimming pools hosting an array of activities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone trying to visit Mombasa.

We are so happy to announce that perfect review. Travellsers hotel has so tidy rooms, tasty eatting, warm pools and so profesionall and kind staff. Whole hotel has family and friendly atmosphere where we could feel like in our born place. Location nerby beach and close to Mombassa center. We recommend Travellers hotel to everybody.

Lovely holiday
Pros:

Best hotel I can recommend for family and business people,the food there is something else so yummy.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The service by the sea
Pros:

The great for holiday and business,they have good service starting from check in with a cold drink .
The first lady at the entrance welcomed us with a smile she is so friendly and polite.
Rooms are cleaned on time, the food is delicious .

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay. It is a beautiful location, the staff were so very friendly, my room was comfortable and clean. I felt so at home! Even when I arrived at 1am and needed a coffee and food after a lovely long sleep at 11am, the staff accommodated me. The hotel also helped me arrange a driver for a tour of Mombasa, which was just fantastic. I had the best time and would HIGHLY recommend Travellers.

Pros:

The location is perfect. Its by the sandy beach providing a great expeeience to view the ocean and enjoy swimming, water sports and walks along the beach.

The rooms, especially the block next to white sands are beautiful,

The breakfast and dinner are elaborate. You stay full the whole day after breakfast. I particularly loved the fresh fruit section..with healthy shots

The hotel was very responsive to complains

Cons:

The first room we got checked in at the first hotel block was in the basement amd had swams of mosquitoes. The window and door latches in the bathroom qould benefit from some repairs.

A bit old, as well as the service
Pros:

Very large. A lot to explore.

Cons:

The service is outdated. They are very strict on shower and beach towels. Many hotels provide these towels unlimitedly.
