We had perfect check in by madam Tekla, she was polite and friendly made our first day felt welcomed.
The service around there is notchtop ,the rooms are cleaned on time and at the reception they are doing a good job incase you need anything, they are always there to assist you.

My experience was amazing. Special mention to Lona the GRO and Nathanie ( receptionist). The room was spacious, quiet and clean , check in and check out was very smooth. The ambiance was super and the area around the hotel is very safe. The food quality was also good. Thank you Walter.
