location/view is good
Pros:

loved loved loved the location of this hotel. it is right in front of the beach. the view is perfect, u can see the famous bridge. they clean everyday. stuff is friendly

Cons:

reception is kinda strange looking, but nevermind just go to your room

Pros:

It was close to the beach- so the location was amazing. There qas alod a festival when I went and I could see it clearly from my room window.

Cons:

Because it is close to a beach, there are a lot of people and sometimes it can be really loud- no5 thw hotel or staffs fault, they cant change that. If you cant handle noise around 10pm-11pm dont stay here.

Pros:

It's an old-fashioned motel. Not deluxe, but with what you need during your short stay.

The location & bridge view are excellent. From Geumnyeonsan station, take 10 mins (4 mins waiting for the traffic light) and move straight to the beach. The bridge is in front of your window. I uploaded the picture I took from my room.

Cons:

Because I'm going to the ARIRANG concert, the prices are double the normal prices. If you stay at this motel, there are some trade-offs; book a sea-view room with an excellent view, but very open to the main road. Booking a non-sea-view room may offer privacy, but why do I need to stay in this old motel?

Another problem. The Wi-Fi is unsecured. So I didn't link it.

they did nit give me shaving cream, kinda poor compared to other places

It was fantastic and value for money
Pros:

The property is literally infront of the beach. Easy access with different restaurants easy to find and halmoni and haraboji are very kind too.

Booked last minute and wished we found it sooner!
Pros:

loved the view, location, check in process and having a lift. bathroom was great too. appreciated having someone at the front desk there always to help.

Pros:

地點很舒服 從金蓮山站走過來大概6分鐘 沿途無陡坡
房間跟照片有點落差 雖然可以看到廣安大橋和海景
但整體的住宿品質 很像開房間的旅店
床很硬 請三思 枕頭也是
唯一可以說嘴的大概就是離幾家好吃麵包店很近哈哈

素晴らしいロケーション、親切なスタッフ
Pros:

目の前が海で、5階の全面1枚ガラスの角部屋でした。
昼は美しいブルーの海、朝は素晴らしい朝焼けの日の出、夜はライトアップされた橋が美しい、素晴らしいロケーションでした！

Cons:

建物自体は古いですが、バスタブもあり、シャワーの温度や水圧は良好でした。
