Great place to stay at Katunayaka if you are looking for peace and tranquility
Pros:

Great budget option right next to the airport which is hardly a 15-minutes drive. Peaceful and secluded place with a swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t working.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy cómodo para dormir cerca del aeropuerto. Te ofrecen el servicio para llevarte o recogerte del aeropuerto. Nosotros lo utilizamos y fue genial y eso q nuestros vuelos fueron a horas de madrugada. Cenamos en el hotel y muy rico todo! Pudimos pagar con tarjeta q tambien es de agradecer.

Awesome stay in Katunayaka if you are looking for a secluded place and peace.
Pros:

Great place to stay if you are looking for a secluded place to stay with modern amenities. They offer pick-up/ drop complimentary service (one way). Reached late at night but they came to pick us up. The swimming pool was refreshing.

Complejo tranquilo antes de volar
Pros:

Hotel con piscina para relajarte y pasar un día tranquilo antes de coger el avión. Está apartado de Negombo y Colombo, pero adecuado para no salir del hotel y estar tranquilo. La piscina está muy bien, las habitaciones amplias y el limpio. Y todo lo que comimos muy rico.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una mosquitera pero estaba completamente rota. Es un complejo muy grande que están ampliando y hay zonas que pueden estar mas descuidadas.

Grüne Wohlfühloase mit tollen Gastgebern
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, schöner Pool, schöner Garten. Sehr zum Wohlfühlen und perfekt fürs Ankommen nach der Ankunft am Flughafen. Für uns konnte der Urlaub sofort richtig starten.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso solo un giorno nella deluxe family suite per la notte prima del volo di rientro. Camera grande, nuovissima e pulita. L'hotel è in un parco privato su piccoli terrazzamenti, ma tutto è a portata di mano. Abbiamo usato anche la piscina, grande e pulita. Lo staff parla poco inglese quindi non è stato sempre facile capirsi, ma sono stati comunque molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo anche cenato lì e abbiamo mangiato il miglior fish and chips della vacanza. Compreso nel prezzo anche il trasferimento per l'aeroporto, tutto perfetto.

Bekvämt boende med smidig flygtransfer
Pros:

Airport Green Olive Villa erbjöd ett utmärkt boende med flygtransfer inkluderad i priset, vilket var avgörande för oss när vi bokade boendet. Sängen var otroligt skön efter att ha sovit i sängar av varierande kvalitet under vistelsen i Sri Lanka. Även vattentrycket i duschen var mycket bra, vilket verkligen uppskattades då många boenden hade utmaningar med just vattentrycket. Personalen, speciellt Dennis var mycket trevlig och pratade obehindrat god engelska. Maten var också välgjord. För ett boende nära flygplatsen gör hotellet helt enkelt helt rätt.

Cons:

Badrummet saknade möjlighet att täcka ett av fönstren, och det satt fortfarande kvar maskeringstejp från en tidigare renovering på samma fönster. Båda sakerna borde vara enkla att åtgärda. I övrigt var vår vistelse så kort att det är svårt att bedöma andra delar av boendet.

Ein toller Aufenthalt, wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, ohne dass man Lärm etc. mitbekommt. Sie verfügt über einen großen Garten mit großem Pool. Das Zimmer war wirklich riesig und alles bestens in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Da wir nur unsere letzte Nacht vor Ort verbracht haben, kann ich zu der Umgebung nicht viel sagen, würde aber meinen, dass in der angrenzenden Straße außer ein kleiner Supermarkt nicht viel ist. Das Abendessen war üppig und lecker. Der Shuttle-Service ist zuverlässig.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück am letzten Morgen eher sehr schmal und dafür recht teuer. Für den Obstteller war nur noch Wassermelone vorhanden, das Toastbrot musste noch gekauft werden, weshalb die Vorbereitung des Frühstücks sehr lange brauchte und wir dann schließlich abbrechen mussten, um rechtzeitig zum Flughafen zu fahren. Die umgerechneten 7€ fand ich dafür recht teuer.

Amazing airport hotel - beautiful area
Pros:

I loved the location although it is very close to the airport you felt like you were in the countryside. It is a beautiful area. You get a free lift to or from the airport which takes about 15 minutes.

Geweldige rust vlakbij het vliegveld.
Pros:

Dit vonden we nou echt een leuke accomodatie (einde van de reis 2 nachten geboekt) Een prachtig koloniaal landhuis met een bijzondere kamers op een prachtig terrein op een heuvel met heel veel palmbomen. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd en ook echt goed onderhouden. Er is een heel fijn zwembad, een pooltafel en restaurantje. Echt een aanrader om je reis te beginnen of te eindigen. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Niets, het huis is wat ouder, maar dat maakt het juist sfeervol.
