Pros:

La ubicación, a pasos de la playa (literalmente pasos) y a la vez cercana a restaurantes y lugares de interés. El servicio extraordinario, atentos y preocupados y los desayunos apoteósicos.
La posibilidad de cocinar en la casa fue una muy grata sorpresa.

Cons:

Me parece que le falta un poco de mantención a la casa, las puertas un poco oxidadas, pero en fin, detalles.
Les falta una tostadora.

Wonderful apartment well managed by a hotel
Pros:

- Beautiful beach right in front of you
- Breakfast service is smooth, tasty and recommended
- This is actually an apartment which is managed by a hotel, so you get a good hotel service
- Having board games and beach play equipment (balls etc.) was great for our children
- It is stylish throughout
- New excellent knives to cook, not rusty as we saw in two other places in this climate

Cons:

- The front door is not smooth to use
- Two lower kitchen cabinet doors are hard to open
- There are some parts of front doors that look old

An almost perfect stay, a huge property that sits at a perfect location but unfortunately dated.
Pros:

Perfect location sitting on the beach. Huge property and the rooms were really nice.

Cons:

Unfortunately very dated property. No locks worked, the entrance door was a chore to open and close, same for a few doors in the property.

This is the perfect choice for families!
Pros:

The view is spectacular! The location is perfectly situated on the beach and it was wonderful having separate bedrooms. It was a great bonus having a beach tap & daily breakfast. The wildlife we saw right out the front was incredible.

Cons:

The space feels a bit dated, however, the staff do an excellent job of making it very comfortable.

Pros:

Beautiful beach front property… location couldn’t be better! Amazing views, close to town center and restaurants. Plentiful breakfast spread freshly prepared daily. Very comfortable rooms. Staff super responsive, helpful and accommodating. Spacious! Really enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Perfect Beach Spot!
Pros:

The view was the reason we booked and it was spectacular! The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Management was very responsive and friendly. Someone came in the morning to prepare breakfast which was very good (and plentiful).

Cons:

The wifi was fairly weak upsatirs but worked perfectly downstairs.

4 nights on the beach.
Pros:

It’s clean and right on the beach. The ac in both rooms is excellent. There are very good restaurants close by. We had breakfast cooked for us. Plenty of food too. We used the leftovers for lunch. Steven and Sheryl were very attentive and always replied quickly to any issue we had. Top notch. Our cook and cleaning persons were the best. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Stunning oceanfront
Pros:

The location, views and breakfast were fantastic. My husband and I absolutely loved waking up to the stunning ocean view with the occasional sea lion, turtle or ray swimming thru the breaking surf. Tons of awesome restaurants to eat just steps away. We did have some hiccups on arrival but they were promptly addressed.

Cons:

Front door was a bit of a challenge to unlock and open.

Absolut zu empfehlen!!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Zur Unternehmensgruppe gehören 3 Hotels vor Ort. Bei früherer Anreise/späterer Abreise war es etwas verwirrend, wo man sich wann aufhalten sollte.

Tolle Lage am Strand, wofür man Abstriche an der Einrichtung in Kauf nehmen muss.
Pros:

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage direkt am Strand. Das relativiert den sehr hohen Preis ein wenig.
Großzügiges Apartment auf zwei Etagen, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern oben und einem Bad unten.
Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch gebracht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen.
Dafür ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Amazing view!
Pros:

We loved the view from the room and the balcony and patio. It was amazing to be right on the beach. Steven was a great help and provided all the information we needed once we checked in. Samy from Brater Tours was awesome booking all the tours and transportation we needed. The breakfast was more than enough food for us.

Cons:

The only thing that could have improved our stay is to have more furniture downstairs to sit on. Maybe one or two comfortable chairs inside beside the stairs or another couch.
