The staff was excellent and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well tended.
Pros:

Location to eat the breakfast was excellent. Always wonderful to eat outside. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I didn't like the pelican sitting on top of the hammock.

The most unique, special room you will ever see!
Pros:

True paradise. The rooms are spectacular; most guests don't leave them during their stay! So romantic. Food is delicious. Breakfast can be eaten in your private pool with a special floating tray in the room. They have thought of everything. It's a magical setting. Le Kliff restaurant is just a short walk and is excellent. Do the walk on the opposite side of the water that leads to private beaches. Or kayak. So much action in the bay with boats coming and going. It's a once in a lifetime place. Just GO!!

this is my second time at Villa although it’s pretty far off the beaten track it’s so worth it. The privacy be beautiful

The property is beautiful. The Architect is amazing.

Cons:

I was upset that they were probably 1000 gay men on the three boats that came to the local beach. They were dressed and scanty quotes and dominated the pier.

Beautiful property with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff are incredibly gracious and friendly. The grounds are also absolutely beautiful. The pool is pretty and has an amazing view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The bar also provides delicious drinks that you can enjoy poolside. You can walk right up to the water and take a kayak out or lounge in a hammock or beach chair. The gardens are also very beautiful. The room had large windows throughout that had an amazing view of the ocean. The nearby beach, Tomatlan is also great for an excursion. You can take a water taxi to Yelapa for a fun day trip. The price of the suites are also very affordable for what you get.

Cons:

There were bugs everywhere! I left a window cracked open at night for a few minutes and ended up with some insect friends in the room. Something bit me the second night as I ended up with over a dozen large bites running along my legs and ankles along with a couple of bites on my arm that were incredibly swollen and itchy.
The in-room bathtub was beautiful and I ran water to start a bath. Upon turning on the jets, dark sediment came out. I pointed it out to the hotel staff who sent a cleaner to clean it up. However, when I tried to run the jets again the dark sediment again came out.
Food was just okay. Not bad but not great. You're better off going to nearby restaurants instead.
