nos gusto la ubicación pensando que íbamos a subir al etna al día siguiente, pequeño hotel de diseño muy familiar el comedor en la propia cocina como si estuvieses en una casa, mucho encanto y abajo un restaurante con unas pizzas buenísimas y enormes.

Very modern, beautiful room, great breakfast

Cons:

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They are very inflexible. I stayed here as part of my cycling trip and they initially told me that I will only be able to leave my bike outside which I obviously couldn’t have done because it would have surely been stolen. After a lot of arguing they let me keep my bike on the balcony.

On the checkout day they wouldn’t let me leave my stuff anywhere after checking and they basically told me that I have to leave. Some of the staff is well trained but others are just extremely unprofessional.

Zeer mooi hotel en perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Etna te bezoeken maar 1 dag in Nicolosi is voldoende
Pros:

Prachtig hotel dat zeer mooi ingericht is. Ontbijt in de keuken aan de lange tafel met privé chef is speciaal. Bij ons stond de cake nog in de oven en mochten we proeven toen het uit de oven kwam..

Pros:

Lit confortable et douche spacieuse

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner.
L'absence de machine a café dans la chambre.
Le bruit du restaurant le soir venu. Abominable avec des enfants qui criaient toute la soirée dans le jardin juste en dessous du balcon de la chambre....
