Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und höflich. Sie sind auf ALLE Bitten gerne und freundlich eingegangen! Die gilt sowohl für das Servicepersonal als auch für das gesamte Verwaltungsteam!

Cons:

Es hat tatsächlich ALLES gepasst! Wir hatten NICHTS auszusetzen. Endlich ein Kurzurlaub wie man sich das vorstellt!

Perfekter Aufenthalt für einen Stadtbesuch.
Pros:

Ein persönlich geführtes Hotel direkt am Rande der Altstadt. Die historischen Räumlichkeiten wurden gefühlvoll renoviert, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Udine. Ein gutes hauseignes Restaurant, eine Tiefgarage für PKW und Fahrräder ist vorhanden.
Eine gemütliche Bar ist zudem im Hause.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal. Möglichkeit zum Abendessen im Hotel

Wir hatten auf ein Superiorzimmer gewechselt. War problemlos möglich, sehr ruhig gelegen

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, die Garage war direkt beim Hotel. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich,

Pros:

Camera carina. Parcheggio comodo con ascensore. Ragazza gentile, ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti. A due passi a piedi dal centro. La colazione andava bene, ma mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più.

Cons:

In camera c'erano dei punti della parete con rigonfiamenti e zone scrostate da umidità in alcuni punti. Porta del bagno che si incastrava un pochino, andava spinta un pò. Colazione con uovo sodo, qualche affettato e qualcosa di dolce, mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio.

Ottima esperienza! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, gli ambienti erano puliti e curati. La colazione era varia e davvero molto buona. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per raggiungere comodamente il centro della città. Consigliato!
