Hotel Lago di Braies

Best location possible. The room with balcony, with lake view, is totally worth it!! We booked with breakfast and dinner included, and the food overcame our expectations. Great staff. Nice common areas (bars, restaurants, garden).

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, inmitten von Bergen und dem See.
Leider ist von Ruhe und Entspannung wie vorab angekündigt n i c h t s zu merken.
Der See wird von ca 05.30 Uhr bis 22 Uhr von Menschenmassen mit z.Teil sehr lautstarken Hunden regelrecht bevölkert.
An eine Nachtruhe bei offenem Fenster ist da nicht zu denken - leider -!!
Wer in seinem Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier trotz der sehr netten Inhaber nicht am richtigen Ort.

La demi pension diner (nourriture italienne variée antipasti primer secundi dessert) et petits déjeuners exceptionnels, emplacement extraordinaire et parking inclus. Le personnel juste adorable. Le lieu préservé dans son autenticité originelle. Les collations gratuites juste énormes. La vue depuis ma chambre. Les espaces communs agréables et magnifiques. Les fleurs.

ハーフボードの夕食は、朝食のみとの価格差から期待していなかったが、とてもクオリティが高く、ハーフボードをお勧めします。

Da vista do lago, que era espetacular !

The location and lake view is excellent. Lake Braies is truly beautiful to behold and the walking track around it enables taking photos from every angle. It is well worth the visit.
Our room was a reasonable size with a comfortable bed and small balcony overlooking the lake.
The vast majority of the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.
The breakfast was fresh and offered a wide variety of choices.
The hotel restaurant provides fine dining in the evening.
The hotel guard dog, Lily, is huge, fluffy and adorable. Being a livestock guarding breed she is placid to humans, lays about all day and is comfortable in her solitude. If she's lying across the car park driveway you just have to get out of the car and coax her to move and she will do so, albeit at her own pace.

This hotel is a piece of history that provides a unique experience. Location is outstanding. When I stepped outside and saw the lake it took my breath away. The dinner was first-rate, on a par with far more expensive hotels, and one of the best meals we ate in the Dolomites (which is saying a lot). The hotel has the homey feel of a family-run business and an enormous dog that parks itself in the lobby. .

Location is amazing, we had room with the balcony oberlooking the lake and was very interesting to observe all the happening down there. Rooms are small and decorated in old fashioned style, that is interesting but I could say I was missing all the “modern” facilities as a refrigirator and a kettle. Bad is very comfortable. Making your own smoothie for breakfast is the best!

Hotel di altissimo livello. La sua storicità, la posizione, la gestione lo denotano tra hotel che hanno pochi concorrenti.
Camera, splendida, confortevole, pulitissima.
Spazi comuni di lusso e comodi.
Servizio bar eccellente.

Ein einzigartiger Ort! Die Lage direkt am Pragser Wildsee ist schlicht traumhaft und kaum zu übertreffen. Morgens aufzuwachen und diesen Ausblick zu geniessen, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und der Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Wer den Pragser Wildsee in seiner schönsten Form erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

I booked the wrong day by mistake, but I called the hotel and the staff promptly helped by allowing me to stay on the wrong day even so. The views are insane, breakfast is amazing and the property is really well run.
